I'm sorry that you struggle with that. I'll keep you and your condition in my prayers, And, You know The Lord Jesus Christ can free you from these conditions? He has helped me with so much and I've become better because of The Lord. You should put your faith in Him and follow Him, try to pray to the God of the Bible that He heals you from this condition and allows you to regain control over your emotions.
