Congrats on the grades. I have some also sealed of a few movies I may decide to get graded. The item I am most likely getting graded is the sealed Sega Genesis I found a few months ago.
The most expensive VHS I sold was for $175.00 so far. I honestly don't know if I have higher $$ value one's still stored away or not. I have a lot not posted yet myself.

Which company would you choose to grade out of the two?
IGS I think has more weight as the top of the industry. But CGC was, I think, maybe more lenient than I expected. They also have just one overall grade - so depends on your box and seal. And there are several other companies, also.
Rewind grading vhs has the best cases
They are brand new so I’m not sure on rewind yet. I like the cases but I’m in a wait and see on them as a company

@feltsdavid yeah, new companies do like they’ve done recently and dumped a bunch of big titles to auction
How much does the auction house charge
Different for every item/individual. It’s negotiable before you agree to send in your item. I’ve signed a contract saying I can’t discuss specifics, but I can say that we settled on a very, very good deal

Depends on the company. CGC was $40 per tape. IGS is $55, though through end of the month they have a sale on that makes it $45. Plus you pay for shipping both ways

@@kriswagerpeople do the exact same thing with coins long before vhs was even invented, it’s an investment …they aren’t making more of them , and very few remain that are unopened , there is value alone in that
Congrats on the grades. That’s awesome. Do you have a video on how you submit them. Like how to package them and the paperwork etc. I have some I want to get graded but don’t really know the process. If you could make a video on that would be awesome. Keep up the great content. Also not sure if you network with other resellers but I am a full Tim reseller in Kentucky with a decent size eBay store (6200 items) and I also have 5 booths at peddlers mall.
I don’t right now, not really. I think I did talk about it a bit on the video with the tapes initially when we talked about sending them in

The one thing I’ve learned from grading comics is that I’m never correct on my guesses on what the grade will be
I'd love to be able to get a better handle on em ... though I think each company also will have tendencies to learn
