Yes, we're feeling very fortunate this year. We have been working hard to get many things to people that need them, too. We are finding new ways to do the donation portion of what we do. It is humbling and makes one feel very lucky to get to do it (especially at this time of year). Merry Christmas to you, too!!!

Hi, thank you!!! I don't want to make it sound as if we've figured out what works best because we are still trying new things with both constantly (there are drawbacks and struggles with both). That said, in this video you're seeing a lot of footage shot on a Gopro edited in Capcut. If you were to check back again, we probably will have updated some things we are using. One important note, if you want try a gopro, the file sizes are quite large and are very demanding on the computer. I mention it because I was caught by surprise when it took HOURS for the editing software to process it so that I could work on it (exporting from the software and upload to RUclips took hours, also)

Why don’t you reward fragiles after you show them. Don’t you get a lot of breakage?
That's a good question, thank you! Maybe should try to show how we get items ready to load sometime. We're pretty about careful how and where we load them (most of the time). We do rewrap items and sometimes add extra cushioning or move an item to its own safe spot as we load. I didn't realize that we didn't show any of that yet.
