Thank you for your content! I was wondering about the last subject. I doo agree that UX in XR is about to boom hard, also some other types of UX, like voice interaction. Is the market growing so I can start studying about it? Also, some technical issues. I don't have a VR headset, would you recommend one? And maybe a video on how to start tackling this discipline, maybe how to get use to the head set or something like that. This is very new and an introduction to it would be very usefull. Something like the technical specs of the computer and stuff like that. I saw you published on reddit and followed on youtube (so do that more often, it works). I think you are really onto something and this content is VERY important. About your camera Quality. I see no difference camera quality wise. Again, thank you very much for this!
hey, thanks so much for your support and feedback! they're very nitchy areas so I think most of the content around voice ux might be on instagram [tbvh] -- for now at least. however, it is all building up slowly! AR-VR is seeing a boom [I'm specifically keeping an eye on tiktok since they have AR 'software' coming down the pipeline as well!] I will make a vid on tech specs in the near future! for a vr headset -- I think it helps having access to one to experience it yourself to see what its about -- technically you don't need it to design [as your design lives in unity]. However to upload from unity to headset, you'd need a pc.
What advice would you give someone looking to get into ar/vr design? I’m about to graduate Architecture school and have a solid 3d modeling/spatial design foundation and I’m looking to learn UX (traditional) after I get my Master’s with the hopes to eventually learn ar/vr. Glad I found this channel.
i made a video exactly on this on my tiktok -- but you have so many skills already! message me on linkedin/or instagram and I'll be happy to expand on it further!
Wow ! Very nice, simple, collective and briefed tips. This really helped. Would love to see one about reducing Motion Sickness . p.s: By the way, I once read while I was studying architecture in 2006 or so 😅 about the affordance/affordability in product/architectural design. And I still remember the term and the examples, as I was fascinated with the concept. I think it's the same here and it's all about intuition and what would the user first try and think about the tool/object. - No one has the time to read detailed manual and instructions any more 😂😂- Thanks again for the effort
@@eviltik3081 the mv7 for sure but honestly the portability of the m1 is perfect as is! I connect the m1 to my phone through an extension too and can carry it around also its like $30
I haven't seen any of your recent videos, but in this video you're clearly whispering and trying not to talk too loud - as if there's a baby sleeping in the next room that you're trying not to wake up. Its hard to watch.
Really useful, thanks!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with everyone

Thank you!
I'm getting into Interaction Design and I don't want to design for 2d anymore. This video is very helpful, thank you
Same. I’m done with designing in 2D. I’ve pushed it as far as I can.
Great video Kim - keep them coming!

Thank you! Apologies for being so late - but YES design is design (isn’t that so awesome?!) and affordances and pmf are really interesting heh

Как по мне, лучший VR интерфейс, это когда не лучами наводишь на кнопки, а когда рукой или пальцами нажимаешь на эти кнопки.
Amazing! We have things to come and wait for with Vision Pro then!
Crush 😍😍😍
Do you have a channel on slack or discord???
I don't for now but am considering it!

Well I can tell you I wasn’t whispering. I’m gonna say poor audio/editing did me in on this one!
