Your videos are so fun to watch! I spent my early childhood in CT and nearly every summer in Darien with my grandparents, so many fond memories. I’m planning to take my niece and BF back next Fall to celebrate her graduation from High School. Your videos are coming in handy to share with them as we plan our trip. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us!
Hi, I took a en or pages from your book. I, too was born and raised in CT, but explored very little of the state always opting to go out of town. Thinking the grass is always greener somewhere else. Low and behold, I rented a car and drove over 1300 miles in this beautiful state of ours and explored so many nooks from the shoreline of Madison to the hills of Litchfield. I am in awe of the beauty that is our state. Found some great treasures and places along the way, thus far Guilford and Litchfield have been my faves visually. Took a visit to the LItchfield INN thinking of a staycation . I know Woodbury is known for antiques, Roosevelt Salvage and Antique in Derby has a ton of really old treasures, like ice tongs and meat scales. When you are in New Haven again, stop by PIstachio, great place.
Love this so much! Sounds like a amazing adventure! So much left to explore hoping to visit Litchfield soon. Sounds like it’s going to be very film worthy :) thank you for sharing your story ❤️
Great video!!
Thank you 😊

Lived in SONO from 2000-2005 but spent plenty of time in Darien and Rowayton - great little gem towns like Essex, CT
I grew up in New Canaan and it was great having Darien just next door!
