I haven't been working out for two months because of a shoulder injury. I made it throught this dropping out my dumbbells here and there, but I am still very proud of myself and very thankful for this workout you posted. It has been perfect for while I'm still recovering!

👍 Your abs are getting a workout in every single exercise - and extra work in every standing upper body exercise. Most people overtrain abs which sadly leads to zero results.
