- This is a 4K video of Wells is a city in Somerset, on the southern edge of the Mendip Hills in England. We walk through the historic centre, with the market in full swing, taking in the cathedral, and the moated Bishop's Palace. We were surprised at the variety of small independent shops, the city had a vibrant feeling. We also show you Vicars' Close, claimed to be the oldest purely residential street with original buildings surviving intact in Europe. We managed to get the DJI Mini 2 up so you can see vicars close and the cathedral from above.
We used our usual equipment: iPhone 11pro, DJI gimbal and Mini 2 drone, Nikon D7500 and D7200.
All editing done with iMovie on the phone.

Charming area, looks like everyone is out and about again.
Yes it’s all up and running again. But we still have issues with hospital admissions and people dying of Covid. I think it is jus another thing we have to live with. How is the city now? 👍🙏

A wonderful video with super smooth camerawork, even when climbing steps. Great framing shots as well as close-ups. Was it your own drone footage? What camera were you using? Thank you a calming video.
Thanks for you kind words. We use a variety of gear. The drone is a DJI Mini 2. For the walking footage we use a DJI Pocket 2. Other footage we use our iPhones and for stills our Nikons. D750 and P950
@@CarolandDerek Thanks for the information. You seem to get steadier clips using the DJI Pocket 2 gimbal than I do using the DJI OM6. Which iPhone are you using? I have just upgraded to the iPhone13 Pro.
