80% or more of what they bought is prepared, fast food and convenience foods. Everything they bought is very high in sugar, fat, calories and sodium. Junk food. I am 75 and have never bought most of the foods in their basket. Look at all the packaging for landfill. Horrible diet. This is what you eat and feed your family? Cook from scratch. Where are the fresh fruits and vegetables?
