Please make sure that u have created a required environment in tank for parrot fish check that heater should be 26 degree's at first 2 days then u can raise it to 28 if it is very cool weather or else u keep it in 26 itself and make sure water is clean and ph level is in good state it takes some time to parrot fishes to adopt in its new tank don't worry keep everything in check for Atleast 1 week
