Im a lead cook, so I have the key to the door, I have to stay until everything is done. Some nights im closing tge kitchen by myself, we also dont have a dish machine, so I have to wash everything by hand. I usually start pre closing 40min before we close, because im by myself. It sucks when people come in 5 or 10 minutes before closing, but I stfu and deal with it. It's a small restaurant. But a four top causing a two hour delay on closing, lol. Wtf.
Don’t like the nature of the beast?…. Then don’t step up!…. Just cook food at your home!…. If you don’t like a 20 top showing up 10 minutes before you locked the doors?…. Then you should perhaps take up real estate!…. 🦉
The only time a restaurant is closed is when the doors are locked!…. If the restaurant’s doors are unlocked?…. It’s rude for a customer to do that!…. But if those doors are unlocked?…. Then you are required to give 💯 service!…. Don’t like it?…. Lock the doors early!…. Just the nature of the beast!…. 😎
