As a 64 yr old man to have Annette Benning interested in me or just have her on my arm as friend would be wonderful! People have to remember that this beautiful woman put the most woman chasing male on ice forever! Warren Beatty was blessed to love her in her prime and now later in life! Look at her filmology and just look how beautiful this woman has been through the years.
She is still a very beautiful women. And I say this as a quite young man with a young wive. It is nice to see a hollywood celebrity aging with dignity and without all that horrible plastic surgeries.
She certainly is a supportive wife

Everybody tried to blame Beatty and he didn't even do it. He thought there was a problem and showed it to Faye Dunaway and then she looked at the card and announced it.
But Faye Dunaway said “LA LA LAND” without a second look
Right, and hardly anyone's been talking about her! 🤔 - Not that I truly blame either of them, they just announced what they got. Whether the name sounds plausible or not, it's never the presenters' job to carry the right envelope. There are well-paid accountants with the sole responsibility to watch and hand out the correct envelope at the right moment. Besides, _La La Land_ was kinda expected to win, so even though the card didn't make sense, the suggestion did. With 4000 guests and 2 billion viewers waiting in awe, I bet most of us would've just gone with it. So, Dunaway and Beatty were "victims" of the mishap themselves and could only loose at that moment. Never the less, I saw it live thinking Warren Beatty is handling this chaos much cooler and classier than Faye Dunaway, who seemed to just ran away in hysteria. 😄🙈

@@brightdaysaheadofUs A design flaw? 🤔 I haven't heard about anything like that since it happened, only that the wrong envelope was the legitimate duplicate of Emma Stone's Best Actress card and really just the mix up of one accountant. What do you mean?
@@NiVi192 the card read "Best Leading Actress" and "Emma Stone" in very small print but "LA LA LAND" very big and right in the middle, so because she thought that was the Best Picture envelope she just read out loud the name of the movie she saw

I think it was Kimmel's fault
Its the sterling whatever their names are peoples fault. Then the graphic designer who made the wrong information big and then Warren Beatty and then Faye. Honestly when people find it scarier to question whether the information is right than the reality you face if it is wrong then they're in trouble. He should of used that moment of confusion to weigh his options instead of self preservation and letting it be faye's mistake.

And he handled the situation incredibly well (after all he's the one who had been thrown under the bus by the accountants) and stayed calm and fair, not making even more fuzz! ...Unlike Dunaway who just ran off stage. Beatty didn't handle it well. He knew something was wrong and said nothing. Beatty tried to act smooth. He just looked befuddled. A pro would have looked to the wings and signaled something is wrong here.

No donnamariedemaio, the ones that didn't handle it well are PricewaterhouseCoopers and their employees at the Oscars that night. You know, the ones that handed Beatty the WRONG envelope in the first place. A pro accounting firm's employees would have handed Beatty the RIGHT envelope.

Well, the cards say the name, the movie and the category. So the wrong card said: Emma Stone, La La Land and Best Actress. So Warren might have easily seen by the category "Best Actress", that he was holding the wrong card. BUT: The name and the movie were written in huge capital letters in the middle of the card while the category is written in a very tiny font at the very bottom. So I don't blame an 80 year old man, that he overlooked the tiny letters and got confused, when he read "Emma Stone" while expecting the names of the producers.
Radio Konservativ warren didn’t read the name. He saw it was wrong, showed it to Faye and she said LaLa Land.
@@andrewbrown2150 Look at the card! It says the names of the producers AND the movie. In his case with the wrong card, it said :"Emma Stone, La La Land." So he was like: "La La Land wins, but is Emma Stone the producer? There is something wrong here." And due to the small font at the bottom he probably he could't figure out, that he actually holds the card for best actress.
Beatty did not handle it well at all.
