Ange's corpse was cleaned up by Eva-Beatrice which meant it was cleaned up with magic. Essentially that should make you doubt if there was ever a corpse there in the real world and that it would mean she actually survived. *Illusions to illusions. The corpse that cannot return to earth returns to illusions*
I look at in this way: Bernkastel was defeated in the game world, and she was reverted to a cat by her master, pulling her out of influencing the Rokkenjima story. Her guarantee that Ange died was thus rendered null? Your theory is still really solid, completely within the rules of the game. In a sense it's kind of sweet how EVA's butterflies were the ones that cleaned her up, giving Ange one last chance to claim life for herself.
@@juanpablorobayo9891 That's a great theory too, although it may be a bit of a paradox: "The witch of resurrection resurrects herself from the ashes." Another thing I noticed about my theory was that Bern was the one that asked Eva-B to clean the remains. Is that her sneaky way of creating a miracle, perhaps? Bern is very Tsundere sometimes after all.
Out of all the moments in the whole series, this one was played better in the manga imo. It wasn't just Ange simply accepting the horror of her family. It's actually her confronting them all about it. It cannot be explained in words. It's just so realistic compared to this one. Of course, both are still amazing.
Well, to be fair: [Red spoiler]It'd be hard for anyone to accept that her mother and father are killers. I think you can honestly combine both interpretations of the scene to make a complete picture[/red]
Poor Ange... but at least she finally learn how to grab her fragment of happiness. This scene is one of my favorite in ep.8 I really hope this is the truth and the Rokkenjima accident is really accident without any true culprit among them. PS:Somehow... 34 face looks just like tsundere here, since she join the party afterward. And the greatest ally for them to have!
all is possible in a close cat box, the explanation for that truth is eva solves the epitaph herself and when she saw the gold, she decides not to tell her siblings then by her curiosity she accidentally found a passage to the hidden mansion. then battler, while searching for eva accidentally found the secret passage to the room with mountain of golds then he found the way to the old japanese base, then the bomb sets off and he barely escape with his boat, then he was washed ashore and lose his memories
I'm late to the party but one question during ep 7 tea party when Kyrie was saying about those horrible things was that just an exaggeration of the truth
You're welcome Daisy. :P Well... seems like RUclips is changing a bit now. I can only reply and downvote/upvote comments from people who have their account connected to a Google+ profile or page (think that's how it works anyway). Annoying! But oh well, I made the transition now at least. YT account -> Google+ page (NOT profile) + YT account. That way I didn't have to use my real name or anything. And now it's Harlequin instead of "Deathjester89" since, well, Harlequin has actually been my nickname for quite a long time now in other sites/games.
R07 trolled everyone so hard in this scene XD

Out of the entirety of the VN, this is the one scene that absolutely broke me

This ending is just too sad... Poor Eva and Ange.... Certainly not a happy ending for me :c

***** Yes I know. It's the Rokkenjima prime after all.
***** How exactly would Battler's survival not become public knowledge?
Kyrie and Rudolf were the culprits.

Hi, I just wanted to thank you so much for uploading all of those Umineko videos. It must have taken a lot of effort, I'm really grateful (:
