I made the Tamiya 1 35 new version recently which came with two figures and I believe it had link and length tracks. I agree rubber tracks are a let down for a kit these days although most of it will be hidden behind the side skirts. It's worth considering as an alternative if you want a Brummbar in your collection. However, I did have to buy the Zimmerit sheets for it separately so that needs to be taken into account.

Those zimmerit decals look interesting. I wonder how hard they are to apply and if they conform easily or needs lots of softener. Nice kit overall, good detail. Would have been better if they had link and linked tracks rather than vinyl. Thanks for the review!

Very disappointed with the fact it only supplies rubber band tracks. For the retail price I would have expected individual track links or at least link and length tracks provided.

It's Brummbär not Brummbar (ä like the a's in Academy). I prefer rubber tracks instead of magic tracks, but the side skirts as one piece?

I met Aaron Skinner at a modelling contest that was sort of poorly put together/advertised/supported, but he was an outgoing, authentic person, thanks for the review. Also - Cowboy bebop is the best anime ever made. Great review- for the people who were disparaging toward mr. Skinner- understand he JUST opened the box! How much more of a review of a new kit do you want??? He saw exactly what YOU would see in opening a new purchase! Grow Up.

My 7yr olds son reckons Aaron is lost without the 'lady' beside him

    Where's Elizabeth?

FYI my hobby knife has 2 possibilities: 1) in use, 2) capped. 6'th grade art convinced me for a stringent rule on that. (Ouch!)
