Omelette soffice - E' sempre Mezzogiorno 05/10/2020

www.raiplay.it... - Hirohiko Shoda, il cuoco più italiano del Giappone prepara a "E' sempre Mezzogiorno" un'omelette soffice. Ingredienti per 4 persone: 4 uova, 20 g di panna fresca liquida, 2 g di sale fino, 6 g di zucchero semolato, 4 fette di prosciutto cotto, 4 fettine di formaggio, 1 noce di burro per ungere la padella. Per guarnire: 1 pomodoro ramato, basilico fresco q.b.
