I am on year 2 with the Macan (2021 GTS) in the snow. I live in the PNW and drive on mountain roads regularly. The snowier the better :-). I always put winter tires on my cars, and my Macan has studded Hakka's on it. My experience is these aren't good snow cars. The clearance is great but as some of the commenters mentioned, they are rear wheel biased and even when you put it in Offroad mode it doesn't behave semitrically. With that said, I oddly get a ton of oversteer. I think it's more to do with the staggered wheels. At low speeds the tires, keep the car manageable. At higher speeds, 45+, you break free often. That is more than I have in any truck, VW, Subaru, or Audi I have owned. I love driving this car on dry roads but I will probably sell it after this winter because it's the worst snow car I have owned.
I don’t have the air suspension on mine but the off road mode adjusts the torque split to more of a 50 front and 50 rear vs the 20 front and 80 rear in sport mode. I did notice that I can’t turn off traction control and put it on off road mode. Mines only a 2016 Macan S.
Where I live the fine for not clearing your vehicle of snow (roof, bonet and all windows) would be hundreds of dollars. Disgusting and dangerous and rude.

All Porsche SUV are little bit tail happy….Wife totaled one of the Porsche Cayenne already …she couldn’t stop on icy road (40 mph) on 4 new tires…these Porsche SUV aren’t good in winters and as soon as you get 6 inches or more of snow you’re in trouble…I see you’re driving very slow…I couldn’t spin the Mercedes SUV even if I pushed it hard in snow…it’s very stable like tank…Mercedes SUV traction is like night and day compared to Porsche SUV….
