2024 Subaru WRX TR | POV Walkaround and Test Drive ASMR

👋 Take a look at the newest Subaru WRX! This 2024 Subaru WRX TR is the track ready version ideal for fun driving. Offering a 6 speed manual transmission, Brembo brakes and Recaro seats, the 2024 Subaru WRX TR is a fun sporty sedan! You'll find the 2.4L Turbocharged Boxer 4 cylinder engine with 271 horsepower and 258 pound feet of torque good for a 0-60 time of 5.9 seconds. So unfortunately the STI trim level is gone with this new generation of WRX, and the TR WRX isn't really any faster then the basic version. I would like a bit more power out of it, but it still drove peppy enough to have some fun. The styling with the 2024 Subaru WRX TR is nice and sporty. I'd like to see less cheap plastic all around the body and maybe have some painted bumpers and fenders. The GT and TR should have body color, that'd be nice. Interior was pretty cool with the Ultra Suede and Leather trim with red stitching. Felt like a cool car to be in. The seats are a bit hard and you don't really sink into them much, but they are a cool touch. Brembo breaks works well and the sport tuned suspension really makes the WRX TR handle really good! The steering was great and truly made this 2024 WRX TR fun to take turns! Overall the new WRX TR is a fun option to go with for that performance focused drive and has a lot of fun factor for the MSRP of $42k. The TR back in the day stood for tuner ready, but since then it's more unofficially called the TR for track ready.
