I'm in the northwest Florida Panhandle and not looking forward to all the tornado warnings overnight! Be safe everyone along the Northern gulf coast!!!
Here in Biloxi, MS on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We're expecting 70mph wind gusts and EF2 or greater nocturnal tornadoes. It's going to be a long night.
Thanks for your constant updates Max. The Mighty Mississippi moving east to west in our area creates a nice little microclimate and this low is setting us up for a ton of snow. As someone who has a bunch of equipment waiting for the snow to fall we (my guys and myself) appreciate your hard work!
We’re praying for the severe weather in the southeast, and this storm is just going so dramatic, and arctic blast will bring 40 to 55 below average temperatures
This looks like a very significant wind event for especially Oklahoma and Kansas. Showed TX OK panhandes up to 70mph winds A lot of gusts to 55mph according to Natl weather service
@@sophiesnuffy2563 Oh gosh I'm sorry 😞 That's horrible! I had tons of frozen snow around 2ft deep or more & 3ft icicles hanging of my house. It was like Dr Zhivago 😂 It's my first house & my neighbors told me to knock of the icicles. I wanted to leave them. I took a bunch of pictures & then broke them off. My roofs metal with no gutters & I luckily had no damage.
None of you are taking into account that cold wind hitting the warm waters of lake Michigan. 3 to 6 is likely very conservative for a setup like this in Northern Michigan.
Thanks for the updates Max. We are supposed to get high winds and snow tomorrow, I hope it doesn’t affect travel on Wednesday. I am having surgery and have to use the transportation van as I am unable to drive plus I don’t have anyone to go with me. I’m praying for anyone affected by these storms 🙏❤🙏
❤️ Hoping your surgery goes as scheduled. Blessings to you, your driver, your doctor & medical care team❤️ Best wishes for a speedy painless recovery ❤️
Can you make that a wish but unlike the rest of them can you be specific people wishing without thinking is what's gotten us in this situation in the first
Way wrong. You originally said Kansas would be the bulls eye for tons of snow....up to maybe 12 inches to 18 inches. I had a hunch we would be missed in Wichita even tho they were saying 3 to 6 inches snow today and another 2 to 4 tomorrow! I had a feeling they would be wrong! Now currently our forecast is for a trace of snow....that's it. This exact scenario....{believe it or not} replayed itself the last two to 3 years. We start with a healthy snow forecast but every last time it came down to a trace to an inch.
I never said Kansas would see 12-18” of snow. I said multiple times, 4-8” is reasonable, with isolated spots higher. Additionally, that’s not all of Kansas, only the areas that I outlined.

I’m in San Antonio Texas and the wind is kind of strong here
In the detroit area at about 8:30 am it was just rain I could hear its 2•C

Man what a way to start the year
Pray hedges of protection and pray for God to disrupt and calm the storm
Such a hard working lad...you obviously love what you do
I totally agree!
I hope we have no casualties in this large storm.
There will always be casualties from people who don't know how to drive on the ice and yet they go out anyway....
I'm definitely not looking forward to Tornadoes screw your Snow 💀
Thank you for keeping us posted ❤ praying for all🙏
Praying for all who may get effected by this weather. 🙏🏼 ❤

Need to update that map. The winter warnings were expanded into IL around 3 in the morning.
I recorded this a few hours ago, so apologies. I am traveling today so it made it difficult to do it at the time of upload.
