I might be wrong, but I _think_ the point of Aatrox's toggle is it makes it look like he has his passive up, as opposed to his "sword down" stance while it's on CD.
I tried Atrox for the first time today, and I can safely say its THE most annoying fking champ that you could possibly play in the League. Q is annoying as 💩 coz its slow and hard to hit fast moving champions with it, W is hard to hit, E isn't really doing jack shiet in fights, and his ultimate is underwhelming. Im never trying it again
