    Have you ever considered learning the harp? I'm kind of interested in learning it, and I think that having experience as a pianist might help in learning the hand shapes, using the pedals, and learning dynamics.

    #Tchaikowsky is a pillar of romantic music in my eyes (or in my ears rather, this might be more accurate haha). I watched the Nutcracker suite a while ago and I fell in love with the way each character dances and moves to his sounds. It gave context to Tchaikowsky's wonderful music, which made it sound even more expressive. It felt like I was in a fairytale. Heck, sometimes Tchaikowsky's music only for the sake of itself is so pleasant to listen to and is more than enough. The opening of his Piano Concerto no.1 is one of the greatest things in existence in its pure majesty. He *owns* chordal writing and arpeggiations, as in he uses these composing techniques so well that it almost feels like they truly belong to his music. He uses of the entire keyboard as well as a wiiide variety of intruments and each one of their features to create so many different moods and colours... yeah. I could go on for hours explaining what makes me love Tchaikowsky's music so much.

  • @user-wg9ic4ll8s
    @user-wg9ic4ll8s 2 года назад +6

    #Tchaikowsky was an amazing composer and among other great pieces of music that he wrote like the Swan lake and his violin concerto,he also wrote this one.The waltz of the flowers is my personal favourite work from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker suite because it has a very complicated structure with all the special harmonies the chords the multioctave movement and the arpeggios,making it a real challenge for whoever attempts to play it.Also,it gives the player this majestic and dreamy feeling that takes him to another place where there aren't any problems or difficulties or something to worry about.The waltz of the flowers portrays beautifully an image of a spring landscape where the flowers are elegantly dancing and speading the love and the happiness of this marvelous season.But,the thing that makes this piece so beautiful and pleasant is the key signature.D major is a very happy and elegant key that Mozart used in his 4th violin concerto and Tchaikovsky in his own violin concerto.Generally,the waltz of the flowers is a masterpiece that i personally believe every musician should try to learn in order to feel the magic and love that it provides.

This is my favorite challenge, though I love all of your content ;) I particularly enjoy this one because I know this piece so well, having danced to it countless times. I have been enjoying learning piano again for the past 6 months. I quit when I was 8 because my teacher was not fun & I was restless. Watching your channel inspired me to learn on my own when I was healing from surgery & couldn't dance yet. Music has always been prevalent because of dance, but I didn't know how much I love playing piano until this year! #Tchaikowsky is my favorite composer (Mozart comes in close second), well written , especially when he does orchestral works, also when it comes to harmonics and dynamics specifically, he knows how each instrument play with each other. My favorite Tchaikowsky piece is literally this song, Waltz of the Flower, such elegance.

She doesn't play any more, but every time I listen to his pieces, I am brought back to the few moments I can remember as a child where I listened to her play. the first memory of classical music in a concerto i have is from tchaikovsky. I once went to the swan lake, without the ballet, just the music and it was extremely impressive. Although i was young i still remember the virtuosity of the pieces. They are so dramatic, or they start so so soft and the crescendos that come so smoothly en slowly yet sooo fast just make me feel something in my heart i dont know what though it just makes me smile #tchaikovsky

    I'm studying this piece right now... It's quite ok but... Annique's practiced it only an hour and it's already better than mine! Lol 😂
    Also, I love the dissonances in this piece and #tchaikowsky, they are just soooo nice to hear. Thank you for such a nice interpretation of this piece!

    #tchaikowsky What I love about this piece is it makes me feel like commencing a beautiful journey into a long forgotten nostalgic feeling. Tchaikovsky has always been my favourite composer. His pieces calm me down and his melodies are just out of this world. Ich liebe ihn einfach. Danke für's spielen! Du bist einfach super.

    #tchaikovsky - by far one of the best composers. I'm not yet able to play his pieces well enough and with as much emotion but it's always a joy to listen to #tchaikovsky. His compositions are so unique and full of emotion. They sound effortless (even though they really aren't 😂)

    Wow. I'm impressed with how well you did in such a short time, Annique! Like many people I'm sure, I've heard this piece many times all my life. It's probably the first #tchaikowsky I ever knew! There's a reason why pieces like this become so well known. It's imaginatively conceived with a very memorable tune. Thanks for doing this! I look forward to perhaps a future duet with your sister. 😀

    #Tchaikovsky What passionate me about Tchaikovskys music is that he knows exactly how to use woodwinds, that means he can write elegant melodies for woodwinds, so that there are not only a accopagniament. Also when you hear the music, you can not predict it, but you will never will feel confused, you have every time, a feeling of stability. Also the complexity of Tchaikovskys pieces are generally perfect. You don't miss any second or tirth melodies, his orchestrations are complete and full.
    I would appriciate a duo with your sister.
    Thank you also for this great video! :D

    #tchaikowsky and his pieces like this sound very magical to me😄. I didn't know this piano arrangement would sound so beautiful just like the real orchestration of this piece🙂. His pieces are themed so well, they really depict it from the piece itself

    I love the pieces of #tchaikovsky or #tchaikowsky like Valse des Fleurs because of how melodious and fantastical they sound. (I’ve always had a soft spot for Waltzes.) I also love how immersive his music is because of the imagery you can see when you listen.
