@suzukir123 Its actually a country in Europe (Scandinavia) but i dont blame you for asking since it is a small country that not everyone know about :) We are kinda close to the UK.
@RascarDK, alright. lol when you said these were "whelens," I jumped to conclusion and made an assumption that the sirens would sound similar to the ones in the U.S. Ours are also pretty scary but especially during tornado warnings. :)
Alle danske sirener er Whelen Wps 2800 serien og ikke 2750 serien. Men det er ski’ også lidt mærkelige at holde styr på hvad for nogle er hvilke. God video:)
Yes, the whelens use a similar tone In McKinney, TX. It's called the Best Possible Protection Tone (BPPT) and it's more attention grabbing than the standard wail or attack.
+Hung Man Phillip Wu OK! Feel free to provide a link or similar to back that up. I don't know much about these sirens, but i see videos with them named WPS-2705, so not gonna change it unless i see some information on it.
It's the Whelen WPS-2800 series provided by HSS Engineering, running the indoor protection tone signal in attack mode. And for the last signal it's just the audible test tone / all clear signal (both part of the European Signal Pack)
It is a custom European controller made by HSS Engineering, but these tones are also available on a regular Whelen controller like the ESC-2030 or maybe even the 2020

@RascarDK, dumb question, but where is
Denmark located? Is this in the U.S?
Demark is Europe not in US.
nice vid man, we've got some of these whelens in Finland too

Takker for info :)
all i hear from the siren is NONONNONONONONONONOONONONONONONONONONononononoo
That "danger" tone is pretty scary, but impressive.
Probably makes people want to pee their pants
during danger.
WOW, there's a lot in Odense :D
Whoa, Indoor Protection signals! This is not something you hear in the United States quite often. It's more of a loud BEEEEEEEEEP or AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
@NicolaiBavnbek Year, that must be nice :)
thanks... they are pretty good and effective
@NicolaiBavnbek Yeh, i bet its even more crowded with sirens there :D
@suzukir123 Indeed. When i was little i thought i was going to die every time it went off lol.
Denmark is a separate country in Europe.
We have others in Norway
@suzukir123 I have seen videos here with similar sounding Whelens in the US so you are not wrong :) And i can imagine

this is how the modulators sound in holland
No it’s not lmao
