The way Larry walks into any place, be it an event, a dinner, funeral, wedding, a synagogue, you name it, absolutely encapsulates how little of a shit he truly gives. It's brilliant
“It’s indicative of a moral compass gone askew.” 😂
Loved that line myself !
Who speaks like that😂😂😂
Hahaha says the guy doing the klansman a solid
I read this exactly when it was said lol
I really love that Larry and Susie are getting along more this season, it’s hilarious
She still set him up in the end.😳😃
LD and Susie together is a deadly combo
Susie's filter is so non existent that she just drops F bombs in the most casual manner to reprimand Larry despite being in a temple. 😆
“I can’t just sit with this, it bothers me now.” 😂 perfect
The amazing part of this show is Larry's ability to turn nothing into something, and drag other people into it as well So funny.🤣
I just realized Rabbi Friedman used to be at the Pawnee Town Hall gatherings typically trying to rile the citizens to join him in his chants "Ham and Mayonnaise or Turnip's ashes in the time capsule"
Oh yeah his cat turnip lol
The best cat in the whole world!
This show is incredible. The shofar seems like such a miniscule detail, until you find out later why it was there. Larry David is a comedic genius.
I love how the most minor social infraction drives Larry crazy, and yet he will go to almost any length to lie to, steal from, sabotage, defraud, embarrass, or stymie anyone to further his goals.
There is a sense of entitlement there.... just like not picking up after your dog.
I swear this show is as funny as it's ever been.
Quite the Golden Gem of a show from all these clips I've seen! I'm gonna find where it's streaming and enjoy it as intended soon, maybe even tonight! Hah! (I just thought of this while writing this btw, as I just recently obtained the means to do so! 👏🎉😛)
Naw not really It's passed it's prime for sure still funny but nowhere near what It's was 4-5years ago.
@@brando3098 I would strongly disagree.
Susie saying “ur so judgmental” to Larry is possibly the greatest thing this show has ever done
I heard a friend say once he was 'blowing his shofar.' I thought at first he was in the front seat with the driver.
It was from that blood pressure medication he was taking 😏
@@janiser4711 oooooo. He's a married man, with a goooomarr!!!
I feel like I’ve been stabbed in the heart!
All those times he said he was greasing the union, who knew that's what he meant?
I love how everything ties in the shofar literally saved his life at the end
Larry David, you have more stories then Disney! Love you my friend and your great sense of humor! Keep up the great work! 👍
"It's indicative of a moral compass gone askew."
Whispering "It's not a good thing to drop the booty and not pick it up" in a serious tone is hilarious.
Vince playing someone Jewish might be the funniest part
Tbf, I think he's been great in this role.
@@D4n1t0o agreed
I was just wondering weather he was Jewish, before i knew and saw this (assuming you're correct and he's not) i convinced myself he could def pass as a Jew. Then this just made me think of him in Rudy and thinking he is of Irish heritage
He looks like Tony Soprano
@@patmandew22 its actually amazing to see someone in this show who ISN'T an out of work jewish comedian
Larry is so profound; anyone else would be overwhelmed with the gift of the shofar. Larry is just like “meh.”😂
Why is a shofar so great a gift. My family has one ,we're not Jewish but Christians and don't know if my parents were given it or bought it
"Wonderful service!" ..... immediately blasphemes. LOL
How is there immediate blasphemy?
@@poulticegeist Suzi “oh my god!”
@@vonteflon thanks. I was listening for Larry
Not to mention using the f bomb in temple.
Lovely to see a comedy about a shofar. I adore them and they appear as good luck charms in my life.
Vince is slightly turning into Larry.
Thx Larry you give joy
I feel like Larry will one day end up with Susie.
That would be an INSANE ending to the whole series.
...."I can't just sit with this, it bothers me now."🤣🤣🤣
Love how Larry David says cheesy snacks are no good after suggesting parmesan crisps for the mini bar in the prior episode
"man he's good" and Fredies look as they walk out.."This man is a continual source of surprise to me."
This season is probably one of the best so far.
Best episode for a long time. Made me want to have some watermelon.
For the record, I completely agree with Larry and Susie on cheesy snacks like Pirate Booty.
Sometimes I have a big block of cheese and bite into it like it’s an apple.
@@c0mputer okay george
But Larry suggested a Parmesan snack to Vince, who he happens to be sitting next to, just the same episode before
I was very confused by this clip as I did not know what a Pirate's booty was lol
It’s also a throwback to the season with The Producers when Larry and the choreographer are in a convenience store and larry picks a bag up off the shelf and shouts “Pirates booty! Pirates booty!”
"I will never pick this up again for the rest of my life" ... suuuuuureee LOL LOL LOL
The blowing of the chauffeur 😂
First may I say RIP still to the Funk man. Funny guy Super Dave. But I have been craving for Vince Vaughn to do more things and thank god it’s literally my favorite thing, a LD project
"It's indicative of a moral compass gone askew." Oh Larry, you oughta visit the town where I live. We're in the middle of a whirling vortex... :(
Vince vaughn is italian lol
I remember Joshua pulling out the Memorex tape from the cassette player after the walls of Jericho fell. "...and unto the Children of Israel said Joshua, 'You see? I told you it would work!'"
I'm already verklempt when Larry enters...
They blow the shofar? They sure do treat the help well.
"drop the booty"
This whole episode was genius.
omg the person blowing the shofar is my cantor at temple!
i just cant sit with this it bothers me now
believe it or not I come here for a dose of sanity
Shavarim trua!!
It was perfect that I saw the clip where he actually blows it to scare off the Klansmen just before watching this clip :-)
Larry really knows how to blow the shofar!
Ungrateful Bastard , love it!
I never got a horn from a rabbi.
Muzzle-tov, Canine-nights
Larry: "He's a decent Kluxman".😳👈😁🇺🇲
I wonder how many more great seasons of Seinfeld could’ve been
That Shofar saved his life at the end, when KKK guy came to kill him 😅
Moral compass gone askew? Look who's talking, Larry!
My boss used to call it "blowing the chauffeur".
That's like a $300 gift jeez
That wasn’t shevarim truah, it was tekia gedulah.
probably just a tekia
Larry played that horn like Dizzy Gillespie.
“ It’s not a good thing to drop a booty and not pick it up “
Horrible shofar blower. He blew a tekia one long blast...
Shevarim Teruah is 3 medium blasts followed by 9 short blasts.
The Shofar blasts are indicative of the crowning ceremony that G-d is our King of Kings and we are to bv serve G-d by repairing the world through performing good deeds and avoiding bad deeds and repenting.
Dude that's a nice fking shofar!
In a synagogue during a service he says 'Jesus!'
It's indicative of a moral compass gone askew.
😂🤣😂🤣🤣
I had to Google Pirates Booty.
😂 😂 😂 Funny
Chekoviwitz's Horn
Larry don"t want germ on shofar
Shalom
Shofar show good!
I worship this man. Not unlike a god.
I'm LD! That shofar is one creepy looking instrument!
"take the pen"!
Curb should have weekly episodes. 10 episodes is just not enough. Too good.
That is probably exactly why it's still so good. Love it.
Best EP ever!
moral compasses gone askew is a REAL problem nowadays, lemme tell ya
Larry is so religious..!!!
AB(E)-RAM HORN
Good, but really, they could have been more realistic in what most of the time goes down when someone gives a a beginner a horn to toot: they remind them/tell them to buzz their purssed lips. Da Doi, lol, but yea funny clip all the same: even though they chose to make the completely wrong sound effect for the horn sound Larry made, which for that reason, it was obvious was fake...unless Larry chose to go rogue in his fish lipped ambesure (one's lip's position on a musical instrument's mouthpiece). But yea 🤣👏
What is meant by "dropping pirate booty" ?
Apparently its a puffed rice and corn snack, like popcorn I guess. Pirates Booty is the name of the brand. Odd, I had to look it up to be sure (I'm Aussie).
@@skullsaintdead You nailed it. Although it's not an especially popular brand in the U.S. either which is probably part of the joke.
@@skullsaintdead Pirates Booty is a highly-processed corn substance coated in a powdery cheese/vegemite-like substance.
It’s more commonly eaten by kids then by adults in the USA
It’s a snack sold on west coast
If Vince Vaughn ever appears in anything you can be rest assured that it will suck mega big time. The early seasons of this show was so hilarious though.
i can’t just sit with this.
it bothers me now.
My sentiments exactly being dragged to this crap as a kid. lol. yeah yeah...everyone is nice, the rabbi is very friendly and all that - when TF can we leave. lol
I feel like much of my education in Judaism has been through this show.
I'd let Kayley drop whatever she wanted on the floor
the fact that Vince Vaugh's character is jewish is absolutely hysterical.
I hate when I drop a pirate's booty on the floor.
Is the synagogue a Frank Lloyd Wright building?
I don't like a cheesy snack
It’s nice to see that Larry tolerates a conservative comic actor ( Vince Vaughn ) on his set, who’d a thought, because he told his liberal friend Alan Dershowitz to go to hell for defending Trump
Wait Vince Vaughn is conservative?
Alan Dershowitz is a liberal?
@@haeuptlingaberja4927 Yes, he very much is a liberal, if you go by his voting history, but he's also( in my opinion), a measured reasonable guy.
@@Andrea-kx6dc yes
Alan Dershowitz liberal? Is this 2004 lol?
Why was he there. Did someone make him go?
This show is funny.
So sad no Marty Funkhouser 😢
Ahhh Rabbi giving a gift to a multi millionaire
I don't think that tall dude off of wedding crashers looks very Jewish
5150. STAT
Gets there late then talks bitchly the whole way through. Ha.
larry blew the chauffer?
Why is Jeff missing? He wasn't with Suzi at a dinner last episode either.
probably busy investigating the abortion situation
He was working on the Goldbergs series.
He was in the episode
Why didn’t they cast Vince Vaughn as Jordan Belfort in Wolf of Wallstreet?
Too tall
Lewis is missing here…
Is the horn thing legit? Interesting
Yes. Its blown on Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year.
