Hello from the UK! Thank you for this comprehensive recipe; I’ve been looking out for a homemade granola recipe and Grace’s version is excellent. Your channel is great, thanks again.
You prolly dont care but does anybody know a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow lost my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Kobe Brayden thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Hi from Ireland...Thanks girls for this fab recipe...I've made it a few times and now add goji berries and mixed raisins...great information along with the recipe...💚☘
This looks GREAT! I am so excited to have found you Coach Mere!! Love your explanations for why we need to eat what we do, and how to combat inflammation.
you gotta wonder why the so called healthy granola from the health food stores have soooo much sugar in them. Unreal! Because of cancer, hubby tries to get as little sugar as possible into his body. I am doing a very similar granola with way less sugar in it. No maple syrup at all, only a little honey; I add water so everything gets a nice consistency, which will result in some really lovely crunchiness. Thank you ladies :)

Looks like your recipe is showing the coconut oil twice and omitted the vanilla? Also, in the video that looked like a lot more liquid than the amount of liquid ingredients in the recipe? Did you make a bigger batch than the recipe called for?

What coconut oil do you use? It looks liquid, not the solid greasy kind? Brand please. What are your thoughts on Avocado oil?
Hey Monique! 😊 You can choose to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Sunflower Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil 👍🏻
Coconut oil is liquid! It just goes solid in cold weather.
Carrington is liquid, sold at Walmart
You can use mct oil. It is coconut oil in liquid form, it’s just that the solids have been removed.
I don't like maple syrup so do I just use different amount of honey?
Hi Cindy! You can use honey. Just adjust the amount according to your taste preferences. 🙂❤️

Doesn’t flax seed need to be ground up to release its benefits?
Both work great however, ground form may be easier to digest! 👍🏻

Could you eat this as a breakfast cereal with skimmed milk?
Sounds good!! 😍

Try getting organic ceylon cinnamon.
Can we have the recipe? You didn’t mention amount of oats, pumpkin seeds, flax seed... Looks yummy!
Hey there! 😊 All of the portions are listed in the video 👍🏻
Oats- 2 cups of whole rolled
Pumpkin Seeds- 1/4 cup
Flax Seeds- 1/4 cup (ground)
On the video and also on the recipe it just says 1/4 ground flaxseeds. Thanks for clarifying. Also there’s no vanilla on the recipe.
Are steel cut oats ok to use?
Yes!
How long is it good for?
If you store it in an airtight container, it can be stored up to a few weeks!
What can I use instead of nuts? I can't due to allergies. No peanuts, tree nuts and coconuts.
You can replace it with seeds or omit the nuts!
