That's because, if you look closely, you'll noticed that the point advanced just as he dissapeared. My guess is that he switched off of engineer as he had only switched to it to upgrade the teleporter, and had done so just as the spawnroom changed on one of the few maps that doesn't just boot you if you're in it, allowing him to just teleport there when he changed class. If you look in the top right, you'll even notice that he switched to Pyro in the team class bar. The teleporter breaking? Again, it wasn't his. If you watch the video again, it shows that it was DragonMar's teleporter, not Officially The Last Thing You Saw.

It makes sense on a programming level. By placing buildings in front of the Bots, the object takes priority.
