Warranties are great only if companies honor them, and the speed and no hassle at which you received your replacements are top drawer, kudos to the manufacturer, very nice, Sean 😁👍

Yes, there’s a few questions you answer when ordering. Height, weight, riding style (2 up etc). I think the baseline preload is 3 turns. I have kept mine there. I’m about 200 lbs and ride solo must of the time.
