The movie was successful because it showed all these real issues packaging them with an entertaining plot without making it sound like preaching.

OMG I never thought you would ever watch an SRK film!!! You say the title like Juhwaaan XD Watched it at the cinemas and boy it was so good. I got whiplash from all the twists and turns but also the topic covered in this movie is so deep. Everything the farmers in India were going through was reflected so well, it really moved me. And the mix between English and Hindi is how most bilingual people speak. I speak 4languages plus English and I switch in and out all the time, its just normal haha. I also recommend Pathaan and every other King Khan movie out there tbs, K3G is a must too from his younger years.

This is not a bad movie. Yeah, it's not a great movie in terms of variety, but it's a pretty good entertainer. People prefer that over other genres.
