A3 is a milsim, not a war game and so they must optimise at every step as the maps are hundreds of km large. Now, from my understand they made it so the guns sound better at long ranges than close ranges which makes sense for a game like that. Not sure tho
@@KKKKKKK-sr1fz its a 13 year old game with hundreds if not thousands of different guns of various types, ammo, balistics without counting alletje vehicule weaponery and stationary weapons. The amount of work makes it impossible and not worth it

It’s true if you shoot from distance the gun shots sounds insane realistic but why not fixing the sounds ?
