- In an exploration of the abstract and the extreme, Second Nature is an examination of the natural boundaries of the human body. Noah Sakamoto, Patrick Rizzo and J.M. Duran star as the test subjects as they wield skateboards and blue suits to race down the roads of the High Sierras in California.

If the goal here was to create the ultimate downhill longboarding video, Sector 9 definitely succeeded. The cinematography and editing are fabulous. The only other vid that compares (imo) is Alpine Grease with Liam morgan and Blake Smith.
Sector 9 rocks! Excuse me while I go carve some sidewalks on my Malibu. ;)

You guys are nuts. I grew up living on this mountain. Highway 108. They bomb the most sketchy part of the highway at the top!!! MUCH RESPECT. I wouldn't touch it with a motorbike, let alone a darn skateboard.

@MrJimbo595 i think some of the boards were old sector bomb hills, but i can't really tell. you can probably find similar boards in the downhill series though.

I would recommend riding the board that you like to feel under your feet.
No matter if it's produced by rayne, sector nine or even loaded.
And by the way: loaded also produces the famous o'tangs which are in my opinion some really sweet wheels

@OpManifesto dude it dont matter.... as long as your riding a sector 9, life is all good bro. i ride a sector 9 co pilot. 42 in long with a 33.5 wheel base. its good for bombing too =D just saying to enjoy what you ride you know..... later man
omg i remember watching this video where this guy in a blue suit bombs this hill and i just realised its this guy
@dk1499 theres a hill here in florida, one of the only good hills for longboarding like this (not this fast but pretty damn fast) which i wiped out on.. legit it only hurts afterwards once you relize what the hell you did lmao :D
@jojo1967 you basically try to twist your body so that both of your feet face forward and you "slide" on the wheels. srry if this isn't clear its kinda hard to explain. just search longboard sliding and you'll see. hope this helped :)
