I will make it today. Going to buy Beef ribs from Costco instead of the regular beef flank. Meat from the ribs taste very good not dry and has that chewy texture but cook better than the flank. What I do, after I cook ribs for 1hr in the spice, I take the ribs out and debone them it's easier than debone when it's raw. Then, put the meat back in the pot and cook another hour. I used these beef ribs to make pho too and somlor maju kreung it's da bomb! I stop using beef flank and beef neck, the ribs are the best. Try it people you can thanks me later.
I've always looking into how to make Ko Koh.... Granny always cook it for me whenever m home, now I can try and cook it myself :) Can I just ask, is that bo hor paste easy to find in grocery store? Is it possible to cook Ko Koh without it? Thanks for your recipe!

Thomas Lee thats because the chinese and vietnamese mass produce the ingredients making it alot easier to just buy it made, rather then making it from scratch
