And, seeing that the driver was a Military Veteran, Spec-Ops Major Jeremy C Dewitte could have set the cops straight on any and all Military jargon...and read a bunch of Statues too.
We all know Jeremy falls asleep singing, " This is my rifle there are many others like it, but this one is mine.. Without my rifle I am nothing without me my rifle is nothing. " just waiting for someone to give me of that movie!!
Why is the real cop wasting more than five minutes before taking these obvious con men into custody? He should’ve called for backup within 10 mins and hauled them back to the station.
Because the moment a local LEO arrests someone who is also a LEO of any kind, its a mountain of massive bullshit and it comes with lawsuits and firings and never being employable again. So if they wouldve said they were some sort of local LEO then thats easy to disprove and deal with...but when they are claiming to be affiliated with a Native Tribe of any kind, shit Id be wanting to verify that shit as much as possible as well. Build as much evidence for a solid case as possible, if nothing else.
It’s all on video. Just question, question, question, and let them dig their own grave. Once the video gets to an attorney of any kind it’s a slam dunk they screwed themselves. No drivers license (which would’ve simplified things significantly) and no show of any documentation they were “LEO’s.” It looks like a waste of time, but he’s collecting evidence as he speaks with the headset camera interview.
It’s probably because of covid. Here in Kansas City when covid just started and everything was shut down a guy stole 5 cars in one day and got caught 5 times and wasn’t arrested once. He got tickets to appear instead of hand cuffs.
@xx7secondsxx That's kind of like looking at a pickup truck and saying "yeah, some people call that a semi. ". I guess it's OK just to make stuff up now. I'm gonna start referring to my dog as a stapler. Cause that makes all the sense in the world

Well there has been problems with narcotics or undercover cops HELPING THEMSELVES to any vehicle out of the impound lot.
(My buddy received photo radar and red light camera citations covering a 3 day period (totalling 7 citations), the 3 days were a week after his car had been impounded for 30 days.)
** With the impound notice he was able to have all 7 citations dismissed, but 2 years later has not been able to get any sort of explanation of how his impounded vehicle could get red light and speeding tickets.
Neither the cops nor the impound yard is willing to accept any responsibility.
*his vehicle was already released back to him (30 days had passed) with the full impound fees paid, before he received the first of the citations in the mail.
The cop asks for a license and he hands them the equivalent of a costos card.

I’m Retired Navy, you don’t need a driver license to enlist, you do need a valid social security card. I got mine driver license after I completed Boot camp. This bullshit of not knowing your SS number. Your SSN is your identification number for your military ID.
Exactly.. my husband is retired military and I knew his SSN# better then my own when we first got married lol.
Not in 2013-2017 while I was active duty. Your military # is different than SS
@@brianvera2353 stop! Your gonna make me admit to my age lol... my husband did retire in the late 90s 😁
I’m Ex Navy (90’-94’ ) and Ever since Boot Camp in San Diego I’ve known My SSN# By Heart and backwards and forwards since then, The same with My Driver’s License.. The Military has a Habit of making people remember their personal #’s and they’re good at it.. JS 🤷🏻♂️😂
I'm retired Army, and we never had any such requirements for having a DL once enlisted (or before) either.
I know there's no Navy requirements before you enlist, but are they any requirements for having a DL after? (Outside of maybe having a specific MOS that requires it, I mean).
This cop seems to believe there is. But I seem to remember a few buddies who served with me who never had a driver's license... I remember it was a pain in the ass driving their lazy asses around lmao!

Buahahahahaha DYING LAUGHING HERE. BUAHAHAHAHAHA
Im pretty sure the REAL Cherokee Nation would NOT like this
I can't understand crap they're saying, marbles in their mouths !
LEO has to ask questions so that they can talk themselves into a felony.
These guys are hilarious. How could anyone think this would work?
Worst audio ever
Yeah I downloaded the vid and tried cleaning up the audio, nope didn't work
I can’t believe how much time they spent with these two, not to mention the idiot on the phone. Arrest them already and let them tell it to the judge.
Dude really pulled the oldest scam in the book - here I called the Attorney General - it even says it on my phone and Charles agrees he is the AG so there is no way it can’t be real.
Guy just arrived to our country a day ago, dont even speaks english but he already is a cop, collects welfare and food stamps and is retiring in a month…😂😂😂 only in America

19 minutes of the most ridiculous answers to an investigation and no one gets put in handcuffs.
they were arressted, just not in the video
i guess the officer has to be careful to make sure he don't arrest actual sherifs, fbi or some other agents or officers.
It's 2022 and this is the best audio they could provide us?
Agree. Was recorded on a potato.

Considering the circumstances I think the audio was pretty good. The person had to edit out the traffic in the background and isolate to the best of their abilities the peoples voices

Rite? 😂 For real realzzz 😂
Plot Twist..These 2 guys are actually Metro State Protective Services Contractors, they should have called Commander J C Dewitte to the scene, then they would have figured it out real fast.
Build as much evidence for a solid case as possible, if nothing else.
probably to build a solid case
He just was allowing him to bury his ass even deeper before beginning on the paperwork!!
It’s all on video. Just question, question, question, and let them dig their own grave. Once the video gets to an attorney of any kind it’s a slam dunk they screwed themselves. No drivers license (which would’ve simplified things significantly) and no show of any documentation they were “LEO’s.” It looks like a waste of time, but he’s collecting evidence as he speaks with the headset camera interview.
so true, this was above the cops paid grade, take them in
When Pookie and Rayray want to play Cop.
Ridiculous can’t believe they never got arrested waste of my time watching
Thanks for saving me 20 minutes of listening to a potato filmed police encounter.
Same time wasting is a felony lmao
Not arrested, but still have to go to court. They were charged with impersonating. Not something I'd want to fight!
@@volvo09 I don't get entertained by knowing someone had to go to court months after the video ended 😅
It’s probably because of covid. Here in Kansas City when covid just started and everything was shut down a guy stole 5 cars in one day and got caught 5 times and wasn’t arrested once. He got tickets to appear instead of hand cuffs.
Either I've missed something and there are now 51 states or our government hires very uneducated officers.
Some people consider Washington DC as it's own state despite it being just a city in a state

@@detroit313vlogs7 you clearly don’t know anything about law enforcement let me educate you.. it’s called POST peace officer psychological exam.. it’s essentially a test that’s comprised of 500 questions to determine whether you’re fit to be an officer … even after you pass that you’re then interview by a psychologist and panel board that reviews how you scored… It’s these exact test that weed out idiots like the ones in these videos, I’m happy to teach you something new (:

Is there a part 2? I’d Love to know how this ended…
what tribe were they a part of? The Slapahoe Tribe?
Awesome
The Attorney general for the entire Cherokee nation doesn't have a secretary and is not too busy to just answer his phone, himself? Nice.
Why do I get the impression their Attorney General's name is Ray-Ray?
So if I get pulled over by CHP can I just show some dumb picture of a piece of paper that I “submitted” to my supreme leader Newsom?
You have to print it and then laminate it, first
