I don’t think there’s a secret when they called back for more money the cops were there waiting for the pickup. The problem is the main bosses are in India they get desperate fools here to do the pick up then transfer the money to India . The Indian government knows these scams are happening but do nothing because they’re on the payroll. They scam millions from older Americans each year. A couple years ago I had a call saying they were the IRS and they were sending a agent to pick up the 10K I owed if I didn’t comply they’d have the sheriff come and arrest me I told him I’d put the sheriff on he was my son and he was here having lunch. Most of them are fake and just making up stories because people want justice for this so bad. It's nice to see a REAL video where the scammer is caught
@CR-zq9qc there are some very large tech youtubers that do much more damage to these scamming operations than the police can. It's nice to see low level money mules getting caught, but in the big picture the police did very little damage to that big scamming operation.
That poor uber driver who went to pick up a package who got shot and killed by an elderly man because he thought she was part of the scam. I believe the scammers were in Canada.
I had a friend who was Indian. He wanted to work at this call center. He got fired because everyone hung up on him, thinking he was a scammer. He wasn’t even mad, he understood why people would think that. It’s sucks that he lost a job. Jobs aren’t as easy to get these days.
They will get the fbi involved and interrogate him and everyone he knows for a long time, they will catch the tough guy eventually, fbi has access to so much data they will find out where this phone is making the call anywhere in the world.
If I were Indian I would be absolutely embarrassed at the amount of scammers from India and how shameless they are. The extreme corruption at all levels of the Indian government and law enforcement not only permits this activity, it profits from it. It's a disgrace that so many companies outsource to India ignoring the extreme corruption and the fact that their call centers are used to scam people after normal business hours.
The cop is from a small town and doesn’t know anything about this type of scams when he said he picked the wrong county to scam and I’m coming for you. I start laughing. Most of those scams are from overseas from countries such as India Africa, Indonesia.

I had a 1979 Ford Fiesta that looked almost identical to that. Was made in West Germany and came with a stock Weber carburetor. Best car ever but the body rotted away.
My elderly mother gets daily calls from scammers like this. We got her a separate phone line for only close friends and family. If the scammers don't get a response after a while they quit calling.
We had to do the same thing for my mother, who has dementia. We installed a phone filter, programmed with known numbers, ie. family, The phone rings one time. If the number is not known, they have to leave a message. Most unknown numbers don't leave a message. It works pretty well, but isn't flawless. Thankfully, now someone is always with her.

If a friend said "Hey, I'm really busy can you do me a favor and go pick up a package for me?" I'd do it if I knew my friend had a real job, and I didn't have to fly halfway across the country, and my friend didn't pay for the ticket and offer me $1000. With a cop offering the victim to read the suspect his rights im guessing he’s a retired cop and if he is I hope that isn’t the only reason the cops are doing a sting because I have never seen it before and everyone deserves to have the cops react like this
The cop asks is that the same guy you picked up last time. So once again these scammers are arrested but prosecutors and judges simply immediately released them to continue their scams. There is something very wrong very sick among prosecutors and judges that allow them to immediately release these criminals.
There should be a special police task force that exclusively does this, to show they can’t keep getting away with this. The victim should read the Miranda rights, good idea. 😄
So sick of scammers. They disgust me so much. It becomes a family business. None of them have a real job. Scamming is their job and 95% of them are here illegally.

The victim still lost a lot of his retirement funds. There needs to be a national effort to inform seniors about these scams. They already have a recording about scams when you're on hold with Social Security but there needs to be more effort and more seniors calling the police so they can trace them (if they're in the country).
They are no longer just calling from India. Now they are here.👳♂️👳♀️👳
Thanks, Biden!

I've been binge watching these kinds of videos for the last 2 hours and these cops are getting more aggressive and going more hands on with these criminals when the suspects make them, the cops are getting sick of these criminals and what they're doing

@BB-ee5ld wood working, animals, military stuff, scammer videos, police activity, pretty much anything that seems interesting

Not in the country!!
Not only did Lopez lose $75,000 on the first visit, but the Rio Arriba County judge RELEASED Mahendra Darbar on the 17th on a $5,000 bond. Unbelievable!!!

I wish my police dept cared this much! I wish we saw the whole set up, but I don't want them to give away any of their secrets so they can keep catching these guys! Way to go! 👏👏👏 We need an entire task force for this exact problem.
Pretty simple. The victim called the police and said he thought he was being scammed. They came over and waited for the guy to arrive.
@@truthsayer9534only the victims can stop the crime from happening..
Sad part is many people fall for this stuff. Sad very sad
They are not finding the big dogs, though. The distance between the top people and these base level runners on the ground is enough to keep them in business. We need better techniques for ID-ing the top level folks, and educating our own populace about these types of scams. Well done to the home owner for contacting the authorities as soon as he did!
If we were willing to ask in the proper way, we would never have this issue again.
They probably are cheered back at home. When they do bust a ne$t in India, they are out quickly and back at work.
The homeowner had already given them $75000 the week before, that's why he was asking for it back on the phone with the cop. SMH.
Easy, just follow the money
The cop doing most of the talking is retired marine/army.
Love your work boys. Love your work!
Follow up on this matter would be appreciated.
There are a couple of youtubers who absolutely destroy theses scammers. They disrupt entire criminal organizations.
That cop had his Liam Neeson moment😂
“I have a very particular set of skills” 😃
"And i will find you😮"
As soon as I hear an Indian accent I think scammer at this point.
Same here. I hang up at the slightest hint of an Indian accent
I think of my gas station..
Don't forget about West African accents..mostly different type of scam but still
I NEVER answer the Spam calls or any number I do not recognize. If it's an important call they can leave a message.
Shit people from a shit culture.
A cautionary tale: Don't pick up unknown "packages" for people. It's always something janky.
A bigger cautionary tale; stop illegal migration.
That poor uber driver who went to pick up a package who got shot and killed by an elderly man because he thought she was part of the scam. I believe the scammers were in Canada.
Oh this guy knows the whole plan, he’s not flying from PA to collect a package for $1,000.
How does telling them to avoid your county help citizens? How about telling them their days of scamming are over period?
I had a friend who was Indian. He wanted to work at this call center. He got fired because everyone hung up on him, thinking he was a scammer. He wasn’t even mad, he understood why people would think that. It’s sucks that he lost a job. Jobs aren’t as easy to get these days.
"I don't know nothing" means I'm guilty.
I do not know no thing is English for I know something.
HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED AND SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH THE WHOLE ASS CRIME
They will get the fbi involved and interrogate him and everyone he knows for a long time, they will catch the tough guy eventually, fbi has access to so much data they will find out where this phone is making the call anywhere in the world.
If I were Indian I would be absolutely embarrassed at the amount of scammers from India and how shameless they are. The extreme corruption at all levels of the Indian government and law enforcement not only permits this activity, it profits from it. It's a disgrace that so many companies outsource to India ignoring the extreme corruption and the fact that their call centers are used to scam people after normal business hours.
Who are you kidding you have a president who is the biggest scammer
Props to the big deputy with the beard. He was badd-asss! "I'm gonna find you" in that cold, calm voice... He's part Clint Eastwood, part Liam Neeson!
The cop is from a small town and doesn’t know anything about this type of scams when he said he picked the wrong county to scam and I’m coming for you. I start laughing. Most of those scams are from overseas from countries such as India Africa, Indonesia.
I don’t understand what you think is so funny! At least they’re trying to do their jobs instead of sitting behind a keyboard criticizing honest officers!

I walked in on my mom communicating with a fake Amazon employee from India getting her to download "anydesk" for hacking. Thess guy's should be removed.

I bet getting rushed by cops with guns scared the pee out of him.
If a friend said "Hey, I'm really busy can you do me a favor and go pick up a package for me?" I'd do it if I knew my friend had a real job, and I didn't have to fly halfway across the country, and my friend didn't pay for the ticket and offer me $1000.
It's kind of hard to believe that the guy didn't know there was something illegal happening, even if he didn't know he was going to pick up money.
Listening to the detective talk to the main scammer, You can tell he has very little experience and is not a good detective.
The officer should have said don't do this in America, also don't do this ever anywhere.

These different scammers are getting worse and worse. They have hit my family recently and are relentless in calling from different numbers. Getting to the point of changing phone number.
With a cop offering the victim to read the suspect his rights im guessing he’s a retired cop and if he is I hope that isn’t the only reason the cops are doing a sting because I have never seen it before and everyone deserves to have the cops react like this
That cop was getting cooked by scammer 😂 when he said your wife I lost it
Me too. They good at trolling I have to admit.
The cop asks is that the same guy you picked up last time. So once again these scammers are arrested but prosecutors and judges simply immediately released them to continue their scams. There is something very wrong very sick among prosecutors and judges that allow them to immediately release these criminals.
Stop being racist.
There should be a special police task force that exclusively does this, to show they can’t keep getting away with this. The victim should read the Miranda rights, good idea. 😄
1.5+ billion of these scammers and growing... smh
These guys are coming from a poor country
They take advantage of the system
So sick of scammers. They disgust me so much. It becomes a family business. None of them have a real job. Scamming is their job and 95% of them are here illegally.
“I lived in Virginia and moved down to Pennsylvania”. Hummmm
All these guys have got the same cover story. It's all BS.
Thank god they caught the scammer! What's wrong with these people? I hope that he gets a good punishment for what he did to that man. Some people are so messed up & have no guilty conscience about doing thees horrible things to innocent people.
The “scammers” are in India! They’ll never be stopped! People/victims have got to get smarter! Don’t answer your phone if you don’t recognize the number. If it’s important, they’ll leave a message.
