Thank you! Next video is already done, but for the video after that I am leaning towards black/white. So black/white will either be after next video, or video after that.
28:10 After doing a hardcore nuzlocke of B2W2 without using setup moves, I think I can safely say Cynthia's team is harder to face despite the items on Iris' team, like life orb on sheer force Druddigon. And now BDSP exists. God I don't even want to think about her stupid Milotic and Garchomp.
I think the main reason Cynthia is harder tbh is because her team is very diverse when it comes to types. There's no common weakness and you need to prepare to counter her whole team. Iris has the problem of most of her team sharing the same weaknesses.
@@psyduckspice if you take/ consider suggestions, could you do a bug-mono or blue color-mono run of black/ white 2? I love watching nuzzlockes of the Unova games (my favorite region) and bug types/ the color blue are my favorite type/ color. Scolipede is my favorite Pokémon too! The thing can be a total beast and it’s an awesome Unova bug.
Mono blue gives some interesting Pokémon in black/ white two. Lucario, Azumarill, Golduck, Samurrot line, Panpour, Golbat, Swoobat, Seismatoad, Vaporeon, Heracross, etc
I always appreciate suggestions! unfortunately my next video (hopefully out by the end of the week) is a bug-mono run of heart gold so I probably wont be doing another bug-mono run for awhile. The blue pokemon run is a cool idea though, ill defo get around to that at some point. I've got one video being made, and ideas for the next two, so you might see about doing it after that. I also love scolipede, Id always written off bug pokemon before that but the steamroller centipede made me really appercaite them. Thanks for the idea!
Only one of each type is an interesting idea. You could wind up with Pokemon that become Dual Type being kept as a pre-evo, for the sake of saving types.
Tbf that first gym is a nightmare! Once you get past that you get more encounters which helps! Shouldn't give up. And thanks, I've had a load of practice!
Technically, you could have guaranteed Drilbur by repel trapping in Relic Passage which would then eliminate Trapinch and Lairon as potential encounters, greatly increasing your chances at Axew. Plus Excadrill is also a monster.
Ik how you could have beaten the first gym, if you didn't give oshawat the berry it would have been in torrent range and water gun could have gone the extra damage for the ko
Huh, interesting. I was convinced it was electric steel. That explains why it's electric attacks didn't do much, no stab. Annoying to find out, could have had a different electric type, oops.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed. So many people do, it's so useful. I remember every run I used to do in Pokémon black when I was younger, I used the petilil you can trade with an NPC for. I used it to sweep basically the whole game.
Okay, I'll explain it to you Dragon tail isn't affected by sheer force Because sheer force only affects *PERCENTAGE secondary effects* *Except for flinching*
Sheer Force does affect flinching. For instance, a Hariyama with Sheer Force using Fake Out will never flinch the opponent. It's like a significantly worse First Impression
Something to keep in mind is level is part of damage calculations, not just stats. So challenge mode is still harder even without the lower level caps
is that true? I was unaware.
It is, but it's a much smaller part.
Loved the video, I actually found you in the recommended section of flygons video where he discovered the bug in challenge mode.
Glad you liked it! huh, that might explain why the video is doing so well.
I LOVEEEEDDD THE RUNN! so entertaining, ur voice is really smooth, very much underrated, love it.
Thank you so much! I was worried I sounded a bit monotone, glad I was wrong!
Great video! Also, a riddle for the Comments section: What 6-letter word starts with S, and ends with words?(I thought of 3 possible answers)
Thanks! I got at least 2 of the top of my head
Great Channel. Absolute Fan! Wish a new Challenge for Black/White 1/2 or Diamond & Pearl.
Thank you! Next video is already done, but for the video after that I am leaning towards black/white. So black/white will either be after next video, or video after that.

A much newer way to nuzlocke. I love it
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed!
Very great video, good quality and its awesome you chose normal mode level cap (mad respect), hope you do well in building up the channel!
Thanks so much! Glad you liked it! Comments like this make building the channel worth it already, it really is appreciated.

@@psyduckspice I’ll be looking forward to the heart good video then! Love me some big types.
Do you have like, a channel discord by any chance?
I really love your content so far, keep it up ^^
Thank you 😁!

Yeah good point, I'll keep that in mind when I do this kinda run again
@@psyduckspice I'm excited to see the next one, then! :>
Nice win but you can get into the Castelia City park in all 4 seasons, you just have to take a different path when it’s flooded/not flooded
Oh really? I know that some areas are blocked off depending if the sewers are flooded or not, I thought Castelia park was as well!
i failed at the first gym multiple times and the fact that u defeated every single one is mindblowing
Tbf that first gym is a nightmare! Once you get past that you get more encounters which helps! Shouldn't give up. And thanks, I've had a load of practice!
Ironically, if you hadn't given Tully an Oran Berry, you would've gotten through Cheren's Lillipup on attempt 1 without a death thanks to Torrent.
Yeah someone else pointed that out, I always forget torrent is a thing tbh.
Technically, you could have guaranteed Drilbur by repel trapping in Relic Passage which would then eliminate Trapinch and Lairon as potential encounters, greatly increasing your chances at Axew. Plus Excadrill is also a monster.
Looking back on it, yes I could have. No idea why I didn't tbh
Excadrill is insanely good
Dewott is S tier middle stage design
Really is, like the bar was low but its so good.
Speaking of Oshawott, I used one on Legends Arceus
Rowlet for me! Always Rowlet
@@psyduckspice Cool. I named my Oshawott Louie.
Beartic shoulda been Mormont, missed opportunity there
Ah yeah, good catch! same I didnt see that.

Yeah good point! Least we got it the second time round!
Shut u
great editing and just presentation, although mentioned at around 12:25, klinklang is not electric steel its just pure steel
Huh, interesting. I was convinced it was electric steel. That explains why it's electric attacks didn't do much, no stab. Annoying to find out, could have had a different electric type, oops.
@@psyduckspice you did have another electric type in ampharos, thats why i assumed the error was just in the script
It was even on the same team
@@psyduckspice i understand the confusion as the magnemite line is quite similar with the electric steel typing
@@PixieOfTheSewers Oh just ignore my other comment then, you're probably correct in it being Script error.
I see a Game of Thrones name theme here.
Try this with dual types only, sounds wild
Cool idea, I'll add it to my list
Great run!
Thank you!
Great video :)
Thanks so much! 😁
very cool video :)
Thank you!
I these nuzlocke with just having one of each type.
Purrloin is bad? Have you not met Thanos the Liepard? (Flygon HD)
I think I watched that video, i forget.
@@psyduckspice I think the dark monotype gen 5 challenge.
@@nikaoharbour6962 Ive seen it but dont recall Thanos, need a rewatch!
I'm doing this run but one encounter per gym xd
Ohhh, good luck! in black and white 2 that sounds really hard!
Does easy mode have the same stats too but with lower levels? 🧐
I think I read somewhere that it does! I may be wrong though
Love the idea of the challenge, and well played.
.
How come I've been playing pokemon for years, yet I've been sleeping on Lilligant?

@@typhlosion7872 yeah, I forgot it works for rock slide
Wait you caught klink and already had an electric type so you had 2??
Klink isnt electric, despite the fact I say it is. Very strange I know
Psyduck only run when?
It has crossed my mind, maybe at a sub goal?
Radical red
sorry?
Uh... Onix can't explode
I assume you mean Clay's. In challenge mode according to serebii it does have explosion.
Hm 🤔
It 100% has explosion in Challenge mode.
It can
It learns explosion as a egg move.
