“The Investigative Judgement: Theological Milestone or Historical Necessity?”

On October 27, 1979, Dr Desmond Ford gave this talk at a meeting of the local Forum at Pacific Union College, Angwin, California. The next year the then current president of the General Conference of the SDA church called together scholars and administrators to question certain doctrinal matters that Ford had raised. Despite his expressed willingness to teach in harmony with the new direction of that committee’s resultant Consensus Statement, Ford was dismissed from ministry. Hello Angus, I came across some of your writings while studying about 1980 on the website of the late Arthur Patrick, and I wanted to find your video, I downloaded it the same day you released your video and I even made it available on my personal channel (channel only in the name), after much research on this audio I found it on an academic website, I live in Brazil and here such a subject is not talked about, in fact there is a hunt for anyone who dares to speak about Ford, most pastors do not know and dominate such a subject, we are still in the robert pierson style of being...a big hug.
