    You have a very good mod pipeline, well done. Here are some more things I've did to my E39 that gave benefits as well.
    1. Clutch fan delete, replace with E60 electric fan
    2. Weight reduction, I shaved off 50kgs by removing all the outdated multimedia modules, spare wheel, tools, secondary air pump, alarm, anything that is no longer working. This lightness definitely feels like more power
    3. Google up Racingdiffs, a company from Serbia. They sell progressive LSDs, which worked great for me. The grip on the back wheels improves and handles the extra HPs with ease
    4. There is a brake adapter kit from Epytec, whereby you use the small Brembo 4-pot caliper from BMW E38 728 and fit a 325mm rotors off E46 M3. It was the simplest thing, plus I had those calipers with me already. Braking performance and feel so much better, and it's way lighter than the stock brakes. I think by total 7kgs
    This combo of small power mod coupled with weight reduction really brings out the professional athlete characteristics out of this car!

    FYI, I recently ordered a SRS PCV/CCV delete kit. I'm going to install an oil catch can. The primary intention is to protect the engine, I noticed my TB is stained with blowby and intake manifold filled with oil residues. My gaskets are fairly new, and so I diagnose this must be gas blow by.
    If I get power gain, that will be cool too 😎

    If you replace the Tu intake manifold with the pre-facelift one, you will also generate power. I will also replace my original catalytic converters with 200 cell ones and even if the pre-catalytic converter is no longer available, 328-333 horses should be possible without any problems once the control unit has been programmed accordingly. Also an increase in Newton meters from lower RPM

      cone filter is not used, stock airbox only

    So like the M50 intake, the M60 is suppose to make more power because of size. Testing for m52s with m50 manifolds shows even with a tune - although the peak power is higher, the power curve is decreased. Has this been tested to show it's curve is better with M60 manifold? Great tip about N62 throttle bodies !

      they say that torque is slightly reduced at low end, but for racing, you are in top RPM anyway. Same for m52 with m50 intake manifold.

    Your cone filter is way to close to your engine. Its not isolated from hot air in engine Bay which makes it suck less dense air. That gives less air into engine, so you have less HP. Use standard intake hose and filter cover, you will regain 5hp💪

    its going to loose power if you do these, its not setup up for mods at all. you take the cats off a vanos model and its going to run badly

      @@paulie2026 dynoed 260 hp and 312 foot pounds of torque on a dyno jet bone stock. Decatted the car, m60 manifold, 4 inch maf tube, dudmd custom tune, shaved heads, and 4.8 liter tb with port matching the intake. Dynoed 300 hp and 360 pound feet of torque on the same dyno.

    Thats maybe the most stupid thing you can do to that engine, its already running very hot (108°c) and that cone filter makes it much worse
