One thing this doesn't have that I wish it did have is a hole on the bottom to pole mount.

Wow! I'm running this at 53% volume with bass boost off and lights on. It's been a little over 3 hours playing and the battery % has gone from 5 dots to 2. This sucker does eat the battery fast.

I probably said something like I can't see spending the money ($250-$300) on a Hisense speaker. 😆 This was certainly better than I expected.

Yeah, $300 is a no go. I could never bring myself to buy one at $250, either.
Have mine for 3 years now, and battery still lasts 10 hours on full volume.
Don't know what speaker you have, but this Hisense hasn't been out for 3 years and it sure won't last 10 hours on max volume. 😮

I get about 4 hours on mine if i play it loud. I wonder if you can change the battery if it is bad?

No, but I do think it's a better overall speaker than the ONN gen 3 and the Klipsch Gig XXL.Only downside of the Hisense is the battery doesn't last that long.

@@JaysStraightUpReviews I could be wrong but how does the battery hold up, can either of them hold a charge longer then 6 hours over 50%? You may not have them anymore I know but that seems to be the main knock on these cheaper bigger speakers
@@sykrss9534 So I ran this speaker at 53% vol. with lights on and bass boost off, in Rock EQ. From full battery to the low battery chime started was 6 hours and 10 minutes. The annoying pause/low battery chime beeps every minute. The speaker continued to play for an additional 45 minutes after the low battery beeping started until it finally turned off. If only they could have used a warning light for low battery instead of that annoying beeping every minute.
