12/5/24 Hi. I've see quite a few videos recently where the flight attendant/service person was let go. I thought, 'with all that experience wouldn't it make more sense to attempt retraining of the errant person first, IF they were willing? And in this case, it worked! The airline ended up with a much better, valuable employee, and the employee benefited as well. Just think about it before giving them the boot. MANY people deserve a second chance. The end result can be amazing! 👍🏼😉👍🏼 P.S. The only other thing I would have liked to see would be Amanda reaching out to the athlete she'd offended and offering a sincere apology.
