The punishment did not fit the crime. Maybe a warning would’ve been more appropriate, given Miranda’s solid work history. If we want to see POC forgiven for marijuana and petty crimes, how is this action improving our interracial circumstances and future dialogue? I call into question the airlines for deliberately seating people according to their ability to pay. It’s a bad practice, imo. I also question the deliberate way in which Ava dragged Miranda’s mistake out in order to exact the ultimate revenge. Why didn’t she show the first-class flight confirmation on her app or email? Then it would’ve been nipped in the bud! Seems she really relished getting even more than working toward the greater good.
