Shopping for my first Boxster. Love the blue, can't quite bite on the interior color. My parents had a tan interior Mercedes in the 70's but it was more warm and orange. Guessing your color would get less scalding when you sit down than the blacks and greys. Enjoy!
The blue cap in the trunk is the coolant. The windshield washer fluid reservoir is in the “frunk”. This car is one of the most fun cars to own and drive. Mine is in guards (give me a ticket) red, a beautiful color but that blue is nice too.
Beautiful color combo. Fun video. Great score on finding that Boxster S! I have a diecast 987.1 Boxster (Arctic Silver) and 987.1 Cayman (Guards Red) on my bookshelf. Both of the real versions - in the same colors - are sitting in my garage. BTW - That’s not washer fluid in the back. It’s coolant. Don’t open the cap after you’ve run it. Washer fluid is in the frunk, on the right up by the windshield. Look for the blue cap.
Thanks! It sure is a beautiful color combo! I don't see many in this color combo. I wonder how rare it is? That's awesome set of cars you have and great matching diecast cars! which ones came first? Thanks for letting me know about the coolant. I just found that out, luckly not by opening it while HOT. LOL
@@Miguelsgarage Arctic Silver Boxster came first (there was actually a Seal Grey Boxster before that), and more recently the Guards Red Cayman. Last year, right around now, I did a 5000+ mile road trip from Key West back to Seattle in the Cayman. Highly recommend! (I’m a born and raised Floridian - now living about as far away from Florida as you can get!)
@@Miguelsgaragethe best one to match tan interior, I'd say! Generally speaking whole concept seems timeless and elegant and in oncoming years probably will skyrocket in value
I bought my 2008 Porsche BoxsterS 12 years ago by accident and until now I realized how lucky I am as Tennis player. Top down after the game when heading home.
I really want to buy a boxster s. I live in Brazil and getting a car like a 911 is pretty much out of question, it is so damn expensive. But this is in the luxury car category and it looks so badass. Does it have air suspension? I worry some streets might be too rough for this car
Got a 2006 boxster s in 2019 artic silver, black interior, and love it, especially in paradise, Aloha from Hawaii! Top down year round weather!

I love how interior of these looks like its been carved out of single granite block
It is a very sharp interior! Is this your favorite color?

Great video and beautiful car!! Love the channel, Miguel.
Thank you!!
Good looking car and great video!
It sure is! You would know!
That would fit nicely in my new garage space!
What size garage? What’s the setup?

I'm looking for a 987. Pretty reliable too and a hoot to drive.
Nice video, Miguel!
Thanks!! 🙏🏼

How’s the reliability on these now with them getting older

Do you think I’d fit? I’ve been curious about buying a Boxster but I’m 6’3”.
I'm pretty sure you would! In my video of the 986 Boxster, the owner is also 6'3". ruclips.net/video/6Hg8-VDG7Rk/видео.html The 987 is roomier.
@@Miguelsgarage cool thanks!!
I have the same boxster and I am also 6“3. Fits perfectly. Cheers fromDüsseldorf.

@@nohandskiller8912 ja, ich denke schon.
IMO the Boxster is made for lighter colours. Grey, yellow, white, red probably.
Great video but I've heard the 987 S even though 280hp it's very slow taking off from a stop. This true?
5.5 sec to 62 isn't really slow. No supercar, but certainly quick.
@@guser7137 you're right to 62mph that's a decent time!! Thanks
How many miles ?
