You also have on it a random Surefire Stiletto flashlight and a double decker pistol/rifle mag carrier with no mags. - Your belt is a Ronin Tactics Shuto belt. That's objectively a high quality belt, but that is not standard issue for any police department, period. - Your pistol mag carriers are two single G Code Scorpions, not even one double carrier. Because of this, there's a lot of lateral play when you touch them. There's no way any department would allow extended pistol mags. - Your handcuff carriers are old leather and don't retain the cuffs well. Your front cuff carrier isn't properly retained on the belt - it moves laterally when you pull your cuffs. Not secure at all. The S&W cuffs are great, the Asps are questionable. If you prefer the Asps, then why wouldn't they be easier to access on your belt? - You completely skip over your carabiner key holder. - Your holster is a Safariland 6378 ALS holster. That's a good holster but no department would issue that. They'd issue a 6360 or similar, something with level 3 retention. - Your pistol has custom stippling, a Zev mag, a custom trigger, and an Olight. No way a department is letting you get away with that. - You completely skip over your flashlight holder. - I'm sure some departments let their officers carry a backup blade, but something as overt as a Skallywag D2 dagger? I doubt it. Again, there's a lot of play on your knife's sheath and what looks like no real retention. You also make the claim that the D2 dagger is the belt blade for LE without providing any evidence to back up your claim. - You mention your tourniquet in passing. - You carry a 20rd AR mag with steel cased ammo in a G Code scorpion. Police don't carry AR mags, let alone ones with only 20rds of steel cased ammo. Even if you did, there's no way a G code scorpion is an acceptable carrier. And the position of the mag on the belt is wrong. Why is it in the back? Fighting stuff up front. - You skip over your radio carrier which does not a radio. - Your duty flashlight, honestly I see no issue other than it's too large and cumbersome for daily use. You even have trouble reseating it. - You have a taser holster with no taser. Even if you did have a taser, your pistol mags would block it from clearing its holster on the draw. Like, where is your badge even? If you're a real cop, prove it. As a public servant it shouldn't be an issue letting us know which department you work for. Now let me school you, Sir. I am a former LEO with ISP (Illinois State Police) changed careers after serving over 10 years LEO combined, currently, I am a firefighter. Also, I'm a combat military veteran of two military branches, the Air Force and the U.S Army with over 17 years combined, 2 tours in the Middle East, and countless military deployments in support of military objectives and missions, my entire life has been devoted to the service of my country, state, and city. Now referring to "Safelite" they may state they're NIJ certified, compliant, or approved but asked them to supply you with a letter from NIJ listing them as being certified. In fact, you can verify vendors directly with NIJ too. Lastly, I am "NOT" saying "Safelite" is a shit product, garbage, etc. They can do all the in-house testing they wish but if they don't have a stamp on their body armor stating NIJ certified, then that doesn't count. Now you mentioned, "surpassed all the other garbage" but you forgot to mention names of which garbage you're referring to. NYPD, CPD, ISP, LAPD, etc US Marshalls, FBI, DEA, Military, none uses "Safelite!" Real body armor costs money and I'm not saying "Safelite" is not "REAL" but they are affordable, one size kinda fits all by looking at a chart. When you enter any LEO Academy, you'll be measured for the correct size body armor that's going to be issued to you. No agency looks at a sizing chart and determines which vest will fit you because each body type is different! Lastly, why do you think "Safelite" offers "affordable body armor? Because their kevlar is outsourced to China. If you want to risk your life wearing Chinese body armor then by all means suit yourself. But if my community, family, and personal safety are involved, trust me that I will wear "American" made and CERTIFIED NIJ body armor, regardless of the cost. I wouldn't trust my life on a substandard product based on a price point. So you see, Sir... I do have a "Clue" because I've worn the uniform!
@@chgofirefighter again all the things you stated are all false first of all everything is made in the USA and this vest aren't Kevlar sourced from China I visited the factory on a few different occasions and have had the opportunity to see first hand how these vests are made. All IIIA+ armor from Safe Life Defense was certified by the National Institute Of Justice (NIJ) on Nov 30th, 2020. Also Charleston fire department issued those vests a few departments out of Arizona switched over to those. I can surely get the names of the exact departments that do.. you just running your mouth based on what YOU THINK not what you know. And fyi karl is LEO sheriff department to be exact and that's his duty set up. Contrary to what you think they wouldn't allow.
BOOM, haven't seen a Tactical Karl vid in a while. Good stuff
You should get a better bulletproof vest, at least get one rated for rifle rounds, its needed nowadays.

Love my ASP ultra hinge plus handcuffs too. They're nice and light and that helps with back fatigue.
ASP cuffs are horrible. If you jave a resister they flex and the end will not go into the locking rail.
@@N3wbMa5t3r I've never had any problems and I've had to cuff quite a few people with them already.
How does it help with back fatigue?
@@thisiconisactuallygoofysfa9960 because I don't have a bunch of heavy shit on my duty belt anymore. My old cuffs were considerably heavier. My mistake I forgot to elaborate further on why it helps with back pain.
@@JustinLaFleur1990 no worries. Just didn’t know 👍🏻
Is there anyway to sit comfortably with this on? Or is it just suppose to feel terrible when seated?
I LOVE TACTICAL KARL!!
Your magazines will obstruct your taser when you attempt to draw it. Also, how are you going to draw that knife out of your front pocket with the mags in the way?
This guy is a security guard and has NEVER had to use any of his gear.....its obvious from his setup that he is not a cop. Even rookies wouldnt go around like that
@@agluebyaglueby7978 just curious, what are your credentials?
The mags shouldn't obstruct the taser. The taser will either miss the mags or they'll essentially push the mags to the side. Either way the taser should be fine. I have my setup in a similar fashion with regards to magazine and taser positioning.
What abpie your radio???
Yeah. Idk. Guess it's just department policy where u work but my department there's no pick ur own gear. No zev mags, definitely no olight, and hell no to steel cased ammo in the AR mag. Definitely more a civilian-ish setup but hey whatever gets the job done.
That's when we knew he wasn't really 12....he puts his "favorite" handcuffs out of reach and has steel case ammo 🤣🤣🤣
Most depts will NEVER allow scallywag blades to be carried
Damn techniqule Carl I want what the Belt is being held up with. You feel me..
This guy is NOT a police.....he looks like a security guard. Stop pretending to be a cop.....no one is fooled
How do you know?
@@abc4781 none of his gear matches, his vest has no actual ballastic protection, and its obvious to most cops that this guy screams police impersonator
Good for you sir to be putting info out there.
We have came along way since Barney Fife starting to look like military everywhere.
Do your magazine pouches get in the way when you draw your tazer?
No. Because he isn't a cop.....he never draws his taser 🤣🤣🤣
I respect a cop who is actually trained for hard situations but imagine if somehow any cop uses the real gun when he have to use the taser gun😶😂
It’s happened before

I'm pretty sure having a fixed blade knife on your duty belt is a big no-no Karl... 😂😂

Just an idea, put your fixed blade on your left hand side just incase someone tries to grab your gun. You can retain your gun with your right and while you cut with yo left bro.
Im a police officer here in Missouri stay safe brotha IGY6
That’s a badass gun
Pretty surprised you don't have double lock and a retention sling on your glock. Is this standard?
Most departments and work places usually require level 2 or higher some make level 3 a requirement so to see his holster kinda shocked me also

I’m looking for that flashlight and don’t see it on the website
It's part of the Streamlight Stinger series but he's attached that pointy tail cap to replace the original.
Those ASP cuffs are dangerous man. I’ve had two people snap two sets of them while in custody. I will only run smith M100s chained and hinged now. I ran the Asp on my swat rig, and only use them now as back up’s to my back up’s.
Overall good looking setup. I dig it for sure!
Have been using ASP cuffs almost 2 years and no problems. Wondering how so many people have problems with ASP cuffs in the states
@@fr0sted245 mine snapped and the lock up is horrible. I love my Mod100’s. Never had issues.
@@justinpowell2140 Starting to believe there is something different with the cuffs in states vs Finland
@@fr0sted245 it’s very possible. Para Ordnance made 1911 pistols, in both the US and Canada. The US made frames at the slide release were highly prone to cracking, vs the Canadian built frames which were a stronger alloy. So you could be right if there’s a possibility of them being manufactured in different factories using different materials.
The new steel ones are great , they look the same as they used too but work 100% better.
Great video brotha
Why don't you have the armor in the carrier?
Good video, theirs a lot on your belt do you ever experience back pain
A fixed blade with no retention and a firearm without a lvl3 holster. This screams security gaurd

You don’t carry OC spray and a baton?
Trust me that flashlight will do the job if a baton is needed 😂

Where did you get you mag 9mm mag holster
Ahhh so with police vests, the belt is where they keep the spare magazines (unlike military vests which have them on the plate carrier…..though those may actually be the rifle magazines)
In my personal opinion I feel the police belts are a bit slicker than military belts :3
Who are the police at war with?

I used the polymer zev magazine extension for the range only. Be careful with those man...
Hey brother I have a question. Do you buy your own equipment or does the department provide everything? I would love and appreciate your time if you make a video on how it works!🙏🏼
I can tell you, all depends the state, in Illinois I didn't had to pay for absolutely anything and could get any boots I wanted for 1/2 price , when I moved to Pennsylvania the deal was so bad, that I had to decline the offer...
All depends on the department.....some departments will supply gun and belt with accessories. Some departments, it comes out of your own pocket. Same thing with vests, some supply and some don't. Then some departments will give you x-amount of money which you can use for whatever you'd like (but it's never enough to cover all your gear, vest, boots, etc.
This ain't no brother.

the "20 rd mag was loaded with steel cased .223/5.56???? I've never in my life anywhere in these United States EVER EVER seen any LEO/Federal/city/county/state/Etc. agency issue steel cased ammunition in 5.56, or any other round of "duty ammunition"! and 20 round mags do technically hold a place, but usually regarding DMR type stoner rifle designs as not to impede bipod leg length, as well as enhance concealment as result of 1st reason. I could write another 2 pages, but sworn LEO is not Security guard. Too many differences to count/list for practical purposes. But If you walked into my "house" rocking that gear, with an Olight light(Made in china), & I've also with my own eyes witnessed them tested against streamlight/Modlite/Surefire and they explode/catch fire/ fail/ and do not like shock or impact!
