I really REALLY REALLY think that you two could be on a sitcom! Even if it was glamping in our RV .. and having different neighbors all the time.. and the neighbors be for funny part and u 2’s reaction to them. I think it would be hilarious ❤
Indiana supports the RV repair industry also with their road conditions. Nice park though. Safe travels! And that doesn't count as snow, just a little cold dust. It's obvious you guys are from Florida!
We had two dogs before we had kids. My husband had a favorite and she died from kidney failure at age two. It was devastating . But after the other died from old age, he realized how much he loved them both the same, just differently. After I ran my last Boston Marathon, I decided to slow it down and now I just run half marathons. Tough keeping motivation on the road. You’re doing great!
Oh man, sorry to hear about your pups, they really do become a part of the family ❤️ and yes! it can be hard to stay consistent when we're constantly changing locations, but it's doable.. thank you!
Hey Craig, the 2024 Ford F350 SRW, HO, Platinum, Tremor I just picked up will drive itself “Lane Centering” and “Adaptive Cruise Control” will drive itself for 15 seconds at a time then you push on the steering wheel to let it know you are there. It’s available on most of the trim levels. Come to the dark side with Ford brother, the water is warm… 1200 foot pounds of torque and 500 horsepower it pulls our Z3610 like a dream!!
I have the 2021 F150 with lane centering and adaptive cruse control and I tow with it all on. It makes a huge difference! It takes a lot of stress away. Still need to keeps hands and eyes on
Ford is by far the best for tech in trucks IMHO. They simply corner the market with these because of the massive amount of attention to detail they put into them. I love the look of the Ram trucks, but they don't have the interior fit and finish and tech that Ford has.
Get a chamois for the windows or wherever else drops of water accumulate (ceilings). Then ring it out outside. Then it has no chance of running downwards to stuff it can damage over time. Cheers.
Craig and Victoria just wanted to thank you for the awesome RUclips content. We discovered your binge-worthy channel. You have entertained us while on the road and in the evenings when we pull into a campsite. We are traveling through Wyoming, headin' to Colorado and Texas. It's been fun to see your boondocking sites! Safe travels. We are looking forward to your next video release. Love your Brinkley! Beth & David / Camp Liberty (our 30-foot sheep camp)
Thank you so much!! 😊 it sounds like you’ve got a pretty epic trip coming up! We really loved Colorado last summer and have definitely put Wyoming on our need to explore more list!
Hey guys, we also have a Z3100, #99 and it’s at the factory now having some repairs done along with some upgrades we want. Craig, get a measurement from to high point of the front A/C to a fixed point on one side. We chose measuring to the top of the opening at the Nautilus water system. Then we can measure from there to the ground after we hook up to the truck and know exactly what our height is, no mater how loaded or unloaded the camper is. Also, running the furnace does not add moisture to the air. The combustion happens in a chamber which is vented out the side of the camper. The combustion while using the stove or oven does release some moisture, but the furnace can’t. People think it does, but because warm air holds more moisture in suspension, they blame it on the furnace. Electric heat will do the same thing. Just leave the bathroom vent open a little because it’s height than the kitchen vent. You will lose some warmth but it will take some moisture with it. It would take a house-size dehumidifier to pull it all out while living in the southeast.
Oh how funny, our RVs are probably neighbors then, as ours is currently at the service center now! And good to know about the furnace! Everyone has always said that the furnace will add moisture because of the propane but it makes sense that there is the vent outside that would let it out. thanks for the tip!!
@@wildrvlifewe learned this lesson the hard way in very cold weather at a private membership campground where the power went out. Usually we’d use electric heaters but we ended up using a propane catalytic heater that was put in by the original owner. Because our alternative was running the generator so we wouldn’t kill the batteries, we used the wall furnace. Gallons poured down the windows and did some damage. The2003 Winnebago 110 outlets have a spacer that sticks out about an inch with a flimsy plastic cover. I am glad Brinkley 110 outlets are flush with the walls and not directly under a window. We had to replace ours that got soaked. We ended up putting every towel we owned on the dashboard, on the table and behind the metal blinds in the kitchen and bath. An 03 motorhome is no match for freezing weather. We had no freezing issues, thankfully but we did have to start the generator to plug in a hairdryer to heat the water valve to get our hose off. It was a weird vacation! The mat outside the door was one of those plastic woven cheap ones and it turned into an ice rink. The dog skated across it totally after he jumped off the bottom step. He turned around and gave me one of those dog looks like it was my fault.
As a southern man, I count that as snow flurries ❄️ As for exercising, it is hard to get out in the cold for exercise. When it warms up, you both will be out there more often. That was a good picture 📸 😃👍
Victoria, at 2:16 I notice you activating slides while your door was closed. It can be very helpful to open your door while activating slides. Slides are pretty well sealed now and the air pressure building up while you move slides in or out can be considerable. This adds resistance to the movement of your slides which also adds a load to your slide motors. This could contribute to your fuse situation.
Gold Paw! Check out their fleeces for the pups! They are the best and just enough for dogs that don’t need thick jackets. Easy to put on (face the seam out!). Furley truly loves his every winter. They last FOREVER and you can layer two if needed.

I should not even tell this story but....in 2016 we bought a new travel trailer that was 9'6" or 2.89m tall (Canada). Was bringing it home the first day and never even thought about it until I got home, but I had gone under a railroad track that is labeled 2.90 meters. I did not hit, but my measured height of the trailer was less than 1/2" less than the labeled height of the railway. I assume they must put a little fudge factor in there. Needless to say my heart was beating pretty hard when I realized what I had done. I can only imagine the feeling had I scrapped our brand new trailer on day 1..... 🤒, but I guess lady luck was on my side that day. as always, safe travels
Can’t wait to follow along with you guys to Alaska! Also, we toured the RV Hall of Fame last year while in Indiana doing some battery upgrades on our van and loved it! Safe travels!
WOW! RV HALL OF SHAME! WHO MAKES THIS CRAP UP? DID YOU COUNT THE NUMBER OF METH HEADS AT THE RV HALL OF FAME? JUST WONDERING...ALSO HAVE YOU SEEN THE BUILD QUALITY OF PRETTY MUCH ALL RVs?
@wildrvlife. We have camped at Charlestown state park a lot. We live about 45 minutes from there in Seymour. We go there a couple times a year. A lot of nice campgrounds around this area.
@wildrvlife looks like you found a few trolls under that bridge. We love your channel and after a few, went back to the start. Almost caught up. Keep it up! We're thinking of doing a YT called mildrvlife. 😂🎉
As A retired Professional long haul truck driver. I have driven amost 3,000,000 miles around the U.S. and Canada. I would advise getting a Trucker Atlas as the roads are marked for trucks. Also exept in New York the bridges are marked acuractly, In New York they are actually marked lower than they actually are. Follow the big semis and you should be OK.
With being a SimTriage Analyst for a self-driving AI company. I LOVED IT. We had to learn inside the cars first. It's great fun. So it's a yes for me. Our RV is in the shop for the fourth time since we last saw you. We are all finding out what life in an RV is like full-time. Wishing you the best in getting it in and out in a timely manner. We've been with in-laws going on a month now. Anyway, until next week…
Oh man, so sorry to hear that the RV is back in the shop! 😩 that really is the worst part of RV life. And sometimes it seems like people get lucky and don't ever have anything too major and other times it's like you're describing... hopefully this will be the last time for a long while it has to go in!
The GMC Denali Ultimate also has vibrating seats for those long trips. I have the AT4 and that’s the only thing I wish it had. The cruise while towing is amazing! And I was going to ask if you were using a fuel discount. Thank for the info👏
Hey guys. Love the video. I see you avoided driving through Atlanta this time. I hate taking our RV through there. So while we were watching your video and you showed the snow outside a hail storm hit us. We are still in Central Florida, the sound of the hail on the RV was so loud. Our first storm experience since we started our journey. It was freaky. I hope you arrive at the Brinkley Factory safe. Pls take care. Love always Freddy and Bryan
Oh gosh, I hope you avoided any hail damage! Hail storms are always our worst fear because they can pop up seemingly without warning and you never know what size hail might fall from the sky!
Today is March 7th and we left Fla. on the 1st, We live just east of I 65 on US 50. Our travel days were Friday thru Sunday. We picked up I 65 in Montgomery and stayed 2 nights just of this road. No downtowns to deal with with low anything. I will agree that parts of 65 are rough south on the city.
yeah there were parts of it that seemed pretty chill but then a few parts that weren't so chill, lol. Sounds like you had a big weekend of driving though too!
Eight years of full time RV’ing… we are now in our 40’s and have had a blast. Likely building a home this year so our full time adventure may soon end. Watching you guys just getting fired up is pretty awesome. Breath of fresh air.
I saw where Ram is coming out with the hands free drive mode. I don’t think I would ever use it, as I like to be in control of my vehicle! I also know people who use cruise control while towing! I was told that is a definite no no!! I totally agree!! Again I want to be in control of my vehicle, that’s the driver’s responsibility!!
@@wildrvlife sorry, I don’t think there is any help for Atlanta!! I’m less than 2 hours away from there. When I go there I’m usually an hour and half to get there and another hour just to get to the other side!!😂😂 Having also driven Alabama interstates, I totally agree with your opinion on them as well!! 👎👎
Really enjoying your adventures. Not just your locations and the campgrounds but also enjoying everything having to do about your Brinkley. I just bought the same model. It is now being prepped for pick up on 13 March. Oh yeah, love your pups too!
We visited Rose Island when we were in Louisville last year and it was the first time that I crashed my drone. I ran it right into the Rose Island sign as you cross the bridge. That hike back up the hill was not super fun but I am not sure that it is worth all of the signage warning people not to go down.
Love your videos! And Leland and Maverick are so cute. Craig, great job on the weight loss (fellow runner here!) Can't wait to see what you get done to the Brinkley. We have a Rockwood 5th wheel and those bridges are always sketchy!😂
Thank you it has been a challenge to continue every other day with the running, but it has definitely been worth it. I'm thinking of moving it to 7 miles here soon.
We drove from Tennessee to Elkhart last year to have some work done on our Van. It was a cool town and the RV Hall of Fame was a very unique museum. Very excited to see the Alaska trip. Also, I think a self driving truck is a great idea! I’m totally in!😂.
Several years ago, I was in CT, at a family funeral, with our C-class. I needed to get on the parkway. There were signs saying, "No trucks." I figured I wasn't a truck, so no problem. Within minutes I came upon a very low bridge. I stopped right in the middle of the road, super scared. I didn't know how tall our rig was. Big mistake! I was alone, so no one to help me. I got out and looked. Then drove a bit, got out and looked, drove a bit and got out to look...several times. I made it under the bridge, but hustled off that parkway at the next exit, praying there were no more low bridges before the exit. Lesson learned! Put the rig measurements on the dash and if it says, no trucks, stay away!!
we went on the road for 4 months and made one reservation. did a rv factory tour and had a lot of questions as to why they did things like use an 1 1/2 " screw where a 1/2" screw would have worked an why they used staples to hold the backing for the ladder atachments. anyway we had a great trip from Nova Scotia to California and back. Safe travels and that was only a few flurries.
We don't get snow near Atlanta, but snow is beautiful! Don't blame you a bit for using the crate. Our pup rode in his puppy crate until he outgrew it, now we tether him in the backseat. When do the pups realize it's a travel day? Just before leaving or as you're beginning to prepare for the move or when? We're creatures of routine so Rusty knows from our routine. It's good to have a hoodie/jacket for the pups. Safe travels!
Craig, not sure you'll read this but just a little sump'en on your comment about all that driven. Just be thankful your not driving the old 60's and 70's pickups towing a trailer today, you got it made with today trucks.😂 I love my 1 ton Ram pulling my camper with no complaints. .....safe traveling
I call that flurries. Kinda like sprinkling and not raining…. lol ☔️ My wife and I rented a class c recently. Our first RV outing. We arrived in the dark and had to set up, for the first time ever, in the dark. I have a head lamp, so that helped. Love your content. God bless! See you out there sooon.
lol well that's what they call jumping in feet first as an RVer right there! 🤣 I Thanks so much for watching and hope to see you on the road! God Bless!
Look up a comma 3. Not officially launched for the hds but there's a way to make em drive. Just have to have lane departure and adaptive cruise I believe.
I have self driving on my 2022 Ram 2500. With any of the 5 gen rams if you have adaptive cc and lane keep assist you can get Comma Ai that gives it self driving. It works very well on the highway. It is also getting better and better. I had it on my 2020 Ram 1500 which was even better. If you don't have adaptive cc and lane keep it can be added on.
I hope you did that 13'6" for production quality. Could you imagine your trip if you were one inch off. We use rvlife trip wizard first to check for low clearance. Then we know where google needs to route us - if google is going to get "clever" we break it into stops that we can control the route. Like we might say go to x-town post office, and just before we get off freeway we then say - go to y-town truckstop. etc
When and if you do egg roll in a bowl just a couple tips to make it better. First use ground chicken instead of chicken pieces or ground pork. Then you can add a whole bag of coleslaw mix which you don’t have to chop up any of the vegetables. Then you sauté your hamburger/pork/chicken or ground turkey with the sesame oil and then you add in some of your minced garlic onion and minced ginger ,Sriracha, a little chilli flakes and of course, soy sauce. I make it at least every other week accompanied by potstickers from Costco. Super yummy and my whole family love it
Your production quality is absolutely excellent, and you’re nice people.
Thank you so much!

I have blue cruise and love it. Would take a bit to get faith with towing but I like it as a second set of eyes on the road.
Can’t wait to follow along with you guys to Alaska! Also, we toured the RV Hall of Fame last year while in Indiana doing some battery upgrades on our van and loved it! Safe travels!
We are looking forward to checking out the museum still. We've heard that it's super interesting! and thank you!!
WOW! RV HALL OF SHAME! WHO MAKES THIS CRAP UP? DID YOU COUNT THE NUMBER OF METH HEADS AT THE RV HALL OF FAME? JUST WONDERING...ALSO HAVE YOU SEEN THE BUILD QUALITY OF PRETTY MUCH ALL RVs?
Alaska! Talking about cold, bring sweaters even for the the Alaska summers the evenings can be chilly.
@wildrvlife. We have camped at Charlestown state park a lot. We live about 45 minutes from there in Seymour. We go there a couple times a year. A lot of nice campgrounds around this area.
GM Supercruise is phenomenal. Sadly only offered on 1500 series, but I love towing with it!
Awesome video. Overpasses gives me the Ono feeling. If you don't hear the crash then pedal down.
Haha exactly!!
He is adorable in his new sweater.
Love to watch you guys and of course Maverick and Lealand 🐾🐾♥️♥️ Hope all goes well with your RV repairs!! Stay safe 🙌💛😎
Self drive in any conditions is a hard no-go
@wildrvlife looks like you found a few trolls under that bridge. We love your channel and after a few, went back to the start. Almost caught up. Keep it up! We're thinking of doing a YT called mildrvlife. 😂🎉
Back home Again. for your camper. I am from Indiana. Wonderful place to be born and raised up to jr hgih school age. I clicked. Thanks guys
lol yep, back to where it originally came from! This has been our first time in Indiana and we've had a really nice time, thanks for watching!
GMC Denali is the best!!! We love the self drive mode even hauling our RV and Pontoon/trailer to the lake.
I do think they are leading the way in trucks. However, none have it in a 1 ton yet. I've been keeping my eye on them though.
68 in south west Michigan today 72 tomorrow. We are 40 some inches below normal for snowfall so far.
There is a dry mode on the thermostat controls, that is supposed to help with dehumidifying. Haven’t tried it out yet.
We have tried it. It still blows cold air, so if it's cold, it's not great to have to use, really.
I believe GM’s super cruise feature work when trailering.
I don't think they have it in a 1 ton yet, but I am keeping an eye on it for sure.
The GMC Denali Ultimate also has vibrating seats for those long trips. I have the AT4 and that’s the only thing I wish it had. The cruise while towing is amazing!
And I was going to ask if you were using a fuel discount. Thank for the info👏
Craig is very cute when he says “fits” instead of fixed.
You guys were literally in our back yard. Well, not literally but close enough! CTown State Park is nice and Rose Island is a nice hike.
Oh man, what a small world! We did really enjoy our short stay there!
HOME dehumidifier works great for our Grand Design 278BH. Got it at Amazon
I hear you. Although I think the self driving vehicles could definitely be an improvement on some people's driving. Especially around Atlanta.
Oooh!! Upgrades too??!! I can't wait!! ❤
I just hope we are able to get the upgrades we want!
@@wildrvlife oh, me too! ❤️
Lol, touchy about the sweater/hoodie !
Watching from Louisville KY. Love your videos. Hope 65 N has cleared some of the construction detours. It was rough last year.
It was rough but not too terrible with detours.
My sister and I did the G3500 tour and loved it. We also got two free coffee mugs and tee shirts.
That's awesome! All the people we have run into at brinkley so far have been extremely nice.
Craig dear you might be warmer in socks vs flip flops 😂❤😊
Oh my gosh! I'm glad you made it. Low bridges are probably might worst rving nightmare.
you guys are just sooooooooooo much fun to watch!!!
Egg roll bowl looked amazing! How are you liking your new Gen-Y gooseneck? Look forward to your Brinkley video next week, safe travels.
we went on the road for 4 months and made one reservation. did a rv factory tour and had a lot of questions as to why they did things like use an 1 1/2 " screw where a 1/2" screw would have worked an why they used staples to hold the backing for the ladder atachments. anyway we had a great trip from Nova Scotia to California and back.
Haha, I can only imagine. I had an 86 cj7 jeep. Hopefully, the trucks steered better than that thing.
I call that flurries. Kinda like sprinkling and not raining…. lol
☔️
My wife and I rented a class c recently.
Good job y’all. Stay warm and take care of the pooch
thank you so much!
I really like how you show the travel days. Have you ever stayed the night at one of the new Love's RV parks?
I hope you did that 13'6" for production quality. Could you imagine your trip if you were one inch off. We use rvlife trip wizard first to check for low clearance. Then we know where google needs to route us - if google is going to get "clever" we break it into stops that we can control the route. Like we might say go to x-town post office, and just before we get off freeway we then say - go to y-town truckstop. etc
Amigos debe ser emocionante cada vez que abras la puerta encuentres un patio distinto fuerte abrazo 🤗 desde mi Colombia
Thank you so much! It is an adventure every day!
Super yummy and my whole family love it
If you said, "sauté your hamburger" outside of North America, they'd say, "Why would I sauté a hamburger?!" 😅
I'd live the receipt Thanks😊
That sounds great!
@@drinkinslimhaha,, I know what you mean , but yea that’s what they call chopped mean 😊
I'm with you Craig, I'd love a self driving truck!
