I use to do stained glass and I never even thought of use copper tape and soldering on my resin Jewelry. I can’t wait to try this. I love all your videos!

Beautiful piece of art. While soldering you should wear a mask as the fumes are toxic and the flux causes irritation on the skin i learnt it the hard way, so anyone new to soft soldering and stained glass should take extra precautions like using a mask and gloves.

It will work, but it creates very toxic fumes when you heat resin to that temp, so be safe and wear a respirator!

Takes a skill to do this with no damage to the resin, your other soldering videos I must watch. Now I have a question may seem silly but " Can you smell metal while doing this?" I ask because I have everything to start but I absolutely detest the smell of metal and I would love to play with my soldering stuff, I even bought the safety stand and everything is still boxed 😂 Thank you for sharing this 💜
Thank you so much Alison I explained in the video that you need to wear the same mask / respirator we wera for resin as fumes are toxic. A lot of time it's been recommended to have an extractor also. Since I have a large door near to me so I open it always doing resin and this soldering 😊❤️

I found your older softer soldering videos the other day as I went down a RUclips rabbit hole. It reminded me of all of the crafts I have done in the past and need to get back into. I love soft soldered items. I may have to try your brand of flux cause back in the day I used a liquid flux and I recall it being finicky
