INGREDIENTS :
• 500 grams oyster mushrooms
• 750 milliliters water
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon coriander powder
• 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Spread :
• 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
If you like, serve with peanut sauce (Blend all these ingredients and cook until thickened) :
• 100 grams fried / roasted peanuts
• 3 candlenuts
• 5 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoons sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
• 200 milliliters water
