Jeff actually shot a film for me, summer of 1990 for the launch of Infiniti’s G20, a FWD compact sedan. I didn’t know anything about him other than his filmmaking rep and when our hired pro driver failed again and again to properly slide the FWD G20, the camera guy Jeff, asked if he could jump in with him and give him some pointers. We were all frustrated and burning film and daylight so we said yes and Jeff got in the driver’s seat and proceeded to perform these picture perfect slides across the Tehachapi desert to show the pro how to break a FWD sedan loose. We were all awe struck by his unexpected skill at sliding a car. One of my best memories of my time in marketing.
Absolutely brilliant film. Jeff is a real treasure in the automotive community and this piece wonderfully captures both his essence and enthusiasm. Well done team.
"I can't even begin to count how many times I've watched this documentary. The first time I saw it, I cried like a baby! I'm a Brazilian photographer, and I fell head over heels in love with the sense of closeness it brought to my dream reality. I have a deep passion for the car community and the thrill of driving, and this documentary is absolutely incredible."
Wow! I've lived in this parallel universe via my 88-year-old father. Airman, commercial photographer, SCCA racer, multiple Porsche owner! Taught me the joys of motorsports, traveling, putting the work into your craftsmanship. He photographed, Can-AM, IMSA, CART/IndyCar, Ringling Brothers Circus, The Smithsonian, U.S. Air Force and countless corporate work. Also published books on the Wright Brothers. Don't have the words to express how fortunate I've been to receive his love & guidance. (Yes, I now drive a '16 Cayman, flat-6 Manual. It's like a self-induced "runners high")
This made me smile. Jeff was a classmate at the Art Center College of Design. I could see then the future he would have, a future well fulfilled. Kudos, Jeff! PS You kept your 914-6 from school in pristine shape!
I couldn't be more at ease watching this. As a military pilot, I can relate to the sentiment of being gone and traveling the world constantly and looking for that peace. I've only owned a 996 but as soon as I get back to the USA I'm buying a 911SC. More inspired by this.
"Thank you, Jeff, for sharing a glimpse of your career, and also congratulations to the production team, specifically Mike Koziel, for their outstanding photography work!"
Makes me miss my 914-6, that flat six behind you with weber carbs, great memories. I also had a freshened 914-4 from Dr 914, just as fun, fantastic cars. Thanks for the video.

Feels like the dawn of Petrolicious shorts. Thank you Ted Gushue and the team.

Very very cool! Editing is superb to match the man!
How can a channel with this production quality have so little subscribers?

No way I let my 2 Labs ride in my 911....they both shed way too much.
The day of the tweed jacket enthusiast is dying.
I will wear mine to the grave.
No one cares about this anymore. It is all about instant gratification.
I can't quite figure out if you're criticizing the video or the current state of affairs. Care to elucidate?
Beautiful
Amazing! 👍
