Twenty or fifty or even a hundred years ago, if you asked someone which of the world’s countries was the most diverse, most equitable, and most inclusive, they would have almost certainly answered “the United States.”
Not anymore.
What changed?
Well, nothing… and everything.
Nothing in the sense that America is still the opportunity-rich place it’s always been.
And everything because the progressive left has hijacked those three words-diversity, equity, and inclusion-and turned them into weapons of mass destruction. This DEI trio makes up the neutron bomb that has laid waste to a good part of our educational and corporate institutions.
Given the damage that has been done, it might be a good idea to see what these words used to mean and what they mean now.
Diversity used to mean that people of different backgrounds were free to join a group or association.
Equity used to mean enforcing equal standards for all individuals and groups.
Inclusion used to mean allowing people of every background and identity to participate in a group or association.
Now, in their DEI context, these words all mean one thing: applying unequal standards to ensure preferential outcomes for individuals and groups based on race, sex, and gender identity.
The DEI movement is not about a sincere desire to make educational or corporate institutions more diverse, more equitable, or more inclusive.
If you don’t believe me, try having an open discussion on your company message board or at your next DEI seminar about why the same standards should apply to everyone, everywhere, regardless of race, sex, or gender identity.
Try that and you know what will happen: You’ll be shouted down, shunned, reprimanded, and maybe fired.
DEI is ultimately about only one thing: advancing those who are not white, heterosexual, and male at the expense of white, heterosexual men, regardless of their respective qualifications.
If you say, well, that’s fine because white, heterosexual men had too many advantages for too long, then I would ask: What about all the women, gays, blacks, and Latinos who were born into privilege? Should they be recipients of special DEI preferences?
And when do we know we’ve reached a DEI endpoint? When do we know that everything is finally diverse, equitable and inclusive?
There are no good answers to any of these questions. That’s a feature, not a bug of the DEI racket. America will never be able to DEI its way out of its DEI “problem.” It’s the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. You never reach your goal because it doesn’t exist. You’ll never quite be diverse enough, equitable enough or inclusive enough.
The DEI obsession has been great for one group of people and one group only: The lavishly paid DEI administrators at every Fortune 100 company, college, and university; and all those who work under them.
Corporations now pay millions upon millions of dollars to so-called DEI experts to spread division and distrust among their own employees. It may be the single most non-productive, self-destructive thing a business can do to itself. But businesses, to their everlasting shame, are doing it anyway.
They think they’re trapped. If they don’t set up a DEI office, that proves their company is racist, sexist and homophobic. But if they do set up a DEI office, that proves their company is racist, sexist and homophobic. Or why else did they set up a DEI office in the first place?
Heads DEI wins, tails you lose.

This is 100% true. My company actually went on record, during a DEI seminar, admitting they filter their candidate list to ensure that 75% of the candidates they choose to interview are women. I have no idea how that is legal.
Because women are a special "protected class." Ever notice how many companies trumpet they are a "woman-owned business?" That's for government contracting purposes. So the government is putting those businesses at the head of the vendor line.
That's just discrimination, my friend. xD
But they're a business, why do they care more about diversity than profits and qualification
@@georgesanderson918 Why does Disney [She Hulk]? Why does paramount [Star Trek Discovery]? In our case, it is likely the ass covering Olympics. After the Blizzard shitshow, we leaned into DEI hard.
@@herewegoagain... I'm sorry but I don't know what any of that means. I don't know any of these movies or shows or companies
Division, envy, inequity

I’m so glad you’re talking about this. This DEI is invading every space & profession. We’ve got to push back.
Way past "IS invading" rather "HAS invaded" because conservatives have only been reactive not proactive... it's serving the same purpose as "CRT" before there was "CRT".
As an employee, I suspect all we can do is quit such companies, and let them know why we're leaving. If enough employees do that, it will have an effect. And I suspect it wouldn't even take that many before they recognize they have a problem on their hands and need to change course.
@@DonTruman Unfortunately, it's easier said than done. Negative exit interviews can follow you wherever you go. It makes you non-hireable should you want to come back. It could falsely come back to your new employer that you're racist when you're not. Telling the truth that you're not is unfortunately not enough because if the person is in the position of power, they can kill your career without a care regardless what kind of fight you put up with. If you're not rich, you will not win court against these big rainbow wigs. And right now DEI is in every American job in any company big or small business. I'm not going along with the rest of the sheeple but at the same time I don't know what to do without compromising my livelihood.
I'm all ears if anyone got any bright ideas to effectively win back our upside-down country without losing my own source of income and resorting my family being secure through my life insurance at the cost of my own life.
@@mkaplan1383 I'm actually working on a switch right now, partly because of DIE. Switching from a big nationwide company, to a small company. No mention of DIE on their website, and I can imagine it's easier for them to ignore it all. As for my current company giving a bad exit review, I'll tell the new company flat out about my objection to DIE. If the new company is into DIE then I don't want to work there anyway, so, best to clear the air on that up front. If on the other hand the new company is as opposed to it as I am, then they'll view it as a good thing, knowing where I stand, and knowing I won't be a DIE provocateur.
Why not start your own company and not drag down successful ones?
Boss wanted me to get involved in DEI efforts because I was the only black person in that team. I changed departments
The ironic thing is the MILLIONS and MILLIONS companies pour into DEI programs when they say they don't have the money to pay all their employees a better wage
The thing with paying workers more money is not one company wants to be the first one to do it. Because as soon as one big company starts paying workers more money than other companies will have to follow suit.
The minimum wage right now should be $22hr if we took inflation and production into account. That's a verifiable fact
Employee: I want a raise
Manager: Sorry we don't have the money to give you a raise
Me: Then you better stop wasting money in DEI programs to pay your workers
Manager: 👀💦
The company I work for has just started this.
DEI fluff jobbers are making Bank in these big corps. Such a racket all park of the globalist Control noose that many will only understand after the fact. Buckle up DEI Snowflakes, you were just a cog in the control mill
who is '"they"'? ✡
DEI, replacing perceived racism with actual racism.
It's just nothing but LGBT+ and Black people. That's it. That's what DEI is.
Rural Community Assistance Corporation based in CA is one of these organizations. I worked for them and they hired a "DEI" consulting firm (lol I know) to go through all of our departments to assess and see if we were "diverse" enough as an organization. I asked how they were making these determinations, and it was by names... My father was adopted and I am half Arabic but my name is as white as they come, and I was labeled a "white guy..." so many flaws in this logic it is insane. They then forced us to attend DEI meetings where they crammed socialist and LGBT rhetoric down our throat. They are given almost unlimited State and Federal funding which is used for this propaganda... its abhorrent.
Agreed. One thing they won’t do is define “white” and define “woman”. Also, ask the DEI people why there are so few Asians. Watch them have a meltdown.
This like the half White Half Lebanese guy who was called about an interview. He said that he could read between the lines that they though he was African American. Probably because of his name Jamal Kareem Harris. Even funnier is that he looks more “white” because his Arab family is very light skinned.
Irony is that depending on the classification source, Arab, Persian etc can be classified as White.
For what it does, and the sake of accuracy Equity and Inclusion should be switched around, so DEI is changed to the more truthful DIE.
DIE is how the acronym is normally stated as well.
Update: they changed it to DEIB, the be standing for belonging. They took away the DIE acronym but look at how the same thing is going to DEI as LGB when more and more letters are added turning it into easily mocked alphabet soup.
whoever first came up with the DEI idea surely thought about this 😅
I can't go a day without being inundated with DEI emails and newsletters at work. Amazing how much effort HR departments put into that racket. You would think we would be focused on providing the highest quality products and services.
Why not unsubscribe? That's harassment and you don't have to put up with it.
Nice to see Christian on here. Thanks for hosting him!

We are thrilled to see the partnership between Christian Watson & Prager University! We found Christian when he was just 15 years old and we knew then that he was a special and uniquely talented person. Hopefully we will see many more videos in the future.
Very smart man.
In 1974, at my interview for medical school, I was told that 40 of the 81 available spots for the next class would go to women, even though only 20% of the applicants were women. I was also told that if I'd been non-white that I would've been a shoe-in. Anyway, I never tried again for med school, went into industry and retired well.
Scary to think this was only in 1974, one can only imagine how much worse it is in 2023
I don't trust any doctor but I never go to women doctor.
See, I don't understand what the heck is wrong with the US.
Female doctors are just a normal thing in Poland. My neurologist in a woman.
Excellent video. It was great to see Christian Watson presenting.
Your 100% right, this country has failed in so many ways
You can't have equal opportunity and equity at the same time. Equal outcomes is robbing those that produce more to pay those that do nothing.
is that we see incompetent employees and doctors?
Thank you for having me on (:
You killed it! Thank you
Good stuff Christan ☺️
You were excellent!
Your presentation was biased and fairly disingenuous. To pretend that there aren't structural inequalities in, for instance, American society, is mind boggling, given the overwhelming evidence to the contrary. You've been too selective and presented only the cons of DEI. What do you think the pros are of trying to campaign for a fairer more inclusive society? Perhaps, to you, there are none? I'm baffled.
Thanks for appearing Christian. We need a whole lot more of people like yourself.
Thank you for Speaking the truth. This is exactly how my employer treats its employees that don’t go along with this BS. I work for the State of Oregon. It’s bad here. I work at the mental hospital and they expect employees to call men women, I won’t do it. And here in Oregon they are a protected class. We even have doctors that are supposed to be taking care of people that have mental illness that have pronouns. Doctors that will address patients not by their biological sex, but by their gender dysphoria sex. It’s truly sad. So everyone vote and vote RED LETS TAKE AMERICAN BACK.
So like people were saying in the FORTIES you think that members of the LGBT+ community have a mental disease. And if it bothers you so much then just like I don't know... quite. Heaven forbid you use pronouns , Cori want food Cori hates damned Libtards. And you doxed yourself good job 🤡🤡
My company’s DEI emails are automatically forwarded to the trash. Because no matter how much they want to adhere to leftard politics, we are already massively diverse. I honestly never have been apart of or seen a more diverse company than the one I’m at now. It’s just mind boggling that we still bother
"Diversity" means "all Blake folks". Is that what you mean?
First question in every job interview is do you have DEI? If they do, walk out.
Good luck finding a company that will say they don't do dei.
I work for a large utility.
A few years ago my company created a new vice president in charge of dei.
The company has degraded terribly and we can't get qualified workers with the right characteristics.
People are retiring early just to get out.
Morral is terrible.
We are seeing the get woke go broke thing in action.
Don't get me started. After I graduated college, I went to work for a well known company who had instituted "Affirmative Action" in a major way. Most of my coworkers were 10 to 15 yrs older than me, and most had no post secondary education. There was a wide range of abilities - some were great at what they did, some were average, and some made me wonder how they ever got the job. The 3rd group was a real drag on the productivity of the organization at every level because they were either apathetic, chronically lazy and/or missing whenever you needed them, or just difficult to deal with. I was one of the youngest in the department and I tried to learn as much as I could. I kept to myself and tried to avoid having to deal with Group #3. Fast forward to 2022 (my 35th yr in the corporate world. I've been working at a different (major) company for just over 20 yrs. Approximately 5 yrs ago this new wave of "Diversity hires" started trickling into my workplace. It's like deja vu all over again but this time around it's much worse because of the ATTITUDE that these people exhibit. Even more frustrating is that the hands of management are tied because these people are "fire proof" and they will complain and litigate in a NY minute if they dislike their job or perceive they are being forced to do any more than they feel like doing. Meanwhile, those who are capable are being pressured to do more and it's often to clean up what was not done correctly (or at all) by those who were hired just because... I am SO glad I don't have to work much longer!
It’s baffling how much companies spend on this crap. How come basketball teams don’t have to follow DEI guidelines? Or railroad workers. Shouldn’t that split be 50/50 too?
No, no, no. It’s only majority-white countries and businesses that “need” diversity.
This is a stupid analogy. Basketball is a physical sport. This DEI is for knowledge related work. Would DEI apply for white men in Microsoft? Go to Redmond or South Lake Union in Seattle, 80% of the people you’ll see are Indians and Chinese.
@@OneDropEast1988 It is not a stupid analogy. Why knowledge related work should be subject to DEI and physical not? You should talk to Railey Grimes, the swimmer, how DEI worked out for her.
@@Tamara-qd5dc I've always associated DEI with non-physical careers and I've never thought of DEI in physical jobs until now.
But your basketball analogy is absurd, some people just can't jump as high as black people. Are there enough non-black people to try and fight for DEI in NBA? Do you see the picture?
I'll give you an analogy to try to show you're absurdity; How come plumbing companies don't have to follow DEI guidelines?, how come women aren't flocking to become plumbers with all the money that they earn?
@@OneDropEast1988DEI has nothing to do with knowledge.
I had an interesting discussion with an African American Air Force Senior Master Sargent about discrimination in the Military. By his admission, he grew up in a family that told him if he worked hard, he would succeed so he did so every day. I asked him if he ever experienced discrimination and he told me the only people who ever discouraged him were members of his own race who felt his hard work was making them look bad. Of course that same attitude was also seen in other minority communities where an individual was excelling while members of their race were trying to hold them back.
That’s an exception and not the rule. And he was truly blind about the racism he really experienced being in anything that is majority non black if you’re black!
If he’s got dark skin he faced discrimination. Idk what you talking about
@@msjcox39, Are gatekeeping his own experience? Idk man, sounds like you're gaslighting
Thats pretty much it in a nutshell and the leftist ideology- sour grapes, envy, the haves vs the have nots (REGARDLESS of how the haves came to be) its a cult and at its core is jealousy
My 19 year old daughter applied to Target online....their application process includes this inane "personality test" as well as asking one's race and gender. Well, for some reason they e-mailed her back rejecting her declaring she wasn't "a good fit at this time".
Well, for kicks, I told her to change her race from white to black and change nothing else. Well, lo and behold, almost immediately Target reached out and told her she was "a perfect fit"
Take from this what you will.
First mistake: having ANYTHING to do with Target.
To keep his license in the medical field a close relative had to take one of these classes and was so furious for being labeled a racist after 20 years of treating every patient with the utmost respect simply because he's white. He said his Hispanic teammates were just as resentful. .
It is because race is a social construct so yes he is racist if he is considered white. The system was a hierarchy. If a person admits they're black they are saying they are lesser than and that is never the case. I hope this clears up your doubt. If not please understand the history of race which was given by the foreigners -europeans to non-whites the indigenous that were here including my family.
@@PeacocknRose You are obviously posting here fighting to keep your D.E.I job relevant. You are the real racist. Everything should be merit based. Anything less is just encouraging vitcimhood like yourself.
Why would he be furious about having to take 1 class?
I'm in a land far, far away that doesn't have much of this DEI at all. However, some US multinats here are pushing it. The locals are quite confused as they didnt realise there was such a problem (note: there isnt). However some of the younger, more impressionable locals have taken to it and that's worrying.
I am an immigrant who believes hard work and skills will be the tools for success. Whining and crying will get you no where!
Way to go, Christian!
Brilliant work from Christian Watson :]
Excellent video.
In addition to everything noted, it also has dropped my respect for top management in most (not all) big companies. It shows how mindless and foolish they can be, following whatever new fads blow through culture, without regard for its truth or even its effects on productivity and company culture. In short, they are weak phonies, all the way up to the CEO.
They are completely disconnected from the rest. They're in a big club and we're not in it. No matter the system, there will always be a class of "elites" who are completely disconnected from the rest of society and think they're above it all, almost like they're not humans at all but something "greater"
Diversity: of skin color, sexual orientation, etc. Not of thought.
Equity: forced redistribution to achieve equal outcomes, regardless of merit or effort
Inclusion: speech codes, thought police and "safe spaces" so everyone has to walk on eggshells around people just looking for a reason to be angry & offended
Exactly.
Great explanation! Thank you!
This is a great video that clearly explains everything in a way that's easy to understand & doesn't lose your interest due to over complicated explanations! It's straight to the point & not too long at all. Thanx
DEI is a grown up version of " L:ook what you made me do and its YOUR fault I failed" These people are exploiting laziness, sloth and real skin privilege
Great, great, great! And here is a new face of Truth, thanks to Prager U.!
"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."
I don't know about the last part. They aren't calling you racist because you're racist. They're calling you racist because they are trying to use it to put a road block in your way. Telling them you're not doesn't really matter because it's not an honest accusation in the first place.
Agreed, and there is no way to convince them. We are "damned if we do" and "damned if we don't", even according to this video. It is all about the argument itself for these narcissists. In my opinion, the better solution is to not engage, and separate into like minded people as much as possible. I'm not sure how this will play out in real life though.
Yes, this entire charade starts with a word, racism, redefined to allow them to claim they cannot be racist, because they are not a member of a majority group with power. They are so deluded to believe that they are incapable of being guilty of practicing racism while they do it in real time against you. The purpose of their tactic, is to put a white person who doesn't realize they are a benefactor of a racist system on defense, go ahead and try to prove a negative is what they want you to do. Proving that you're NOT a bigot, white supremacist, racist, misogynist, is basically impossible for anyone, and they know that. They want you to reply "But I have black friends or I dated a minority person" Now you're expressing white fragility, and they can use that hammer on you too.
@@njfilly8705 Denying and being neutral is not enough. Not only are you not racist, but they are racist for allowing or supporting the DEI in the first place. DEI concept is racist and so is anyone who supports it. The real truth.
Great video, thank you so much for making them!
We need more educational videos that respectfully address the issues so I can send them to people that are deeply submerged in this mindset!
I am going to post this on my work chat board. I work for extremely large media access provider. They provided management material on how to rebuttal and target anyone who speaks against DEI as "White Fragility".
Unbelievable
I call it DIE because that’s where freedom goes to die.
Bull's Eye! 🎯
Thank you ❤ for making this video. You explained it plain and simple. God bless you ❤ PragerU and 🇺🇸
To tell the truth you need courage which is in short supply.
Let’s treat everyone equally. Why does pigmentation, sexuality or genitalia have anything to do with the workplace or education?
If you have the DEI department you are dividing your work force and training the to be whining unproductive losers. You are teaching the people who they're trying to help learned helplessness. Then they stop learning. Then they stop leading and producing innovation that is the key to keeping up with competitors.
It’s good to call this out, and I see in the comments that some companies are complicit in the perpetuation of this issue. I’m pleased to say that my company does not have a DEI office or department, and we hire based on qualifications and best fit (not race, or any other irrelevant measure). So there is hope.
I whole heartedly agree. Down with DEI……!!!!!!!!
This DEI stuff is everywhere and the absolute taproot of it is envy. People want other people's stuff, plain and simple. And they're using this crap to achieve it.
Thank you David Johnson of Prager U
Affirmative action is no good we need merits not guilt😳
Not hiring the most qualified applicant sounds like an excellent way to screw over your own company. Good job, let me know how that works out for ya. 😂
I've seen many talented coworkers leave my institution because of this, and the institution becomes worse and worse.
thank you so much for this video.
Oh no. Prager missed the real reason companies adopt dei. If you don't adopt these policies your esg scores go down, and the value of your stock and credit scores take a huge hit.
I am so glad that I am only 2-3 years away from retirement. Now...I just need to survive this poisonous ideology to get there.
As a stock market investor, as soon as I see that DEI crap in the company documents, I'm out of there... I will not help fund that anti-American process no matter how profitable they may appear
Forgive my ignorance, but where can I go to look up those documents? I have a company I want to look up.
So what do we do about it? It is weaving through everything like a poisonous snake. We have called it out in our schools and they still forge ahead.
I'm a gay man, all I ever wanted was equality. I dont want preferential treatment. I expect to progress through my career by merit.
I am not from USA and i didn’t know about DEI BS until few years ago when we had zoom meeting at work with new DEI department representatives. After few minutes my blood started to boil from all the disgusting racism. I was not alone! And for now this department is the most hated department at my organization. Race/Sex or any other discrimination or even consideration have no place in my World! And this is only one example what is terribly wrong it USA.
I am on a business trip and am two hours from a DEI seminar in my field. I don't know how I'm going to get out of there without getting in trouble.
Just don't participate outside of showing up.
You don't have to defend yourself from being called a racist. Tell them, they ARE the racist! Their whole DEI philosophy is the definition of racist.
One youtuber once said that progress is treated like it's an upward linear trend, whereas it's actually more like a bell curve. After you reach the highest possible amount of progress, any attempt to obtain more will only cause regression.
A wonderful summary and thank you. We have this rot taking hold here in Australia too and it's something many of us are fighting. Never have I witnessed a more debilitating and divisive idea permeate society in my many years on this planet, as a dad, a business owner, an employer or back when I was an employee. Perhaps the needle is swinging back to sanity around the globe...
I went through Raical Microagression with my new manager I reported to DEI and still they decided to put me on a Performance Improvement Plan and trying to get rid of me This is my current experience.
You mean, you reported someone for a micro-aggression? Could you be more specific?
I tell everyone to not participate in their emailed surveys or seminars/meetings.
Thanks!
Kudos. Wise words. God bless.
Si, great content as always!
Spot on!
Also it’s important to point out that Legal standards have changed to “defend” DEI values as well, so if you are fired and want to sue, you’ll probably loose because you are a bully.
Brown person here. Never been a victim and yet I’ve found MORE opportunity in areas where ppl are white and conservative than where they are “progressive and inclusive”. Why? Because I don’t have to walk on eggshells, I can be myself. I don’t have to worry about conforming to things that make no sense like a click. I am values by my work, not my church attendance or the color of my skin. I think it’s not made for us, it surely wasn’t made by us. It’s a front, a facade. Like BLM. Or the Nation of Islam for example, even Malcom saw it. In word, on paper, it works. but in practice it is a scam to screen the actual issue from coming to light. It’s like solving the homeless crisis by giving them more money from my taxes, cuz that’s what they need….right?
You don't just have to be socially/politically conservative or right-wing to be an actual racist. You also don't just to be racially White to be an actual racist.
Actually when accused, best not to deny it. But just to shout back with “You’re delusional.”

Companies discriminate in their staffing so they can avoid "discriminating" in their staffing.
Same happened in Canada too.
I thought this was about Dale Earnhardt inc. I'm a white man in septic work where is this privilege everyone is talking about
I said a version of this during my last interview. Needless to say, I didn't get the job. I got ghosted by the company. I still think it was a smart choice. 😂
I was part of a group at work who listened to an installment of "Uncomfortable Conversations With a Black Man." At the end I commented that Acho was an impressive guy who was the child of two immigrants who both have advanced degrees. He and his brother went to good schools, played NCAA football and had lucrative NFL careers. He's not a child of slavery, and he appears to be far more privileged than the average American. Acho has a sideline guilt-tripping people about privilege, which seems ironic given his background and his relative level of success compared to most Americans.
The disaster is the Cons who know about this since Yuri warned about it and yet did nothing. Great job clowns!
Exactly. My company is knee deep in this garbage.
In my experience, DEI means "Let's all share anecdotes about white men making me feel sad".
Basically DEI is virtue signaling at the corporate level. Just hire the most qualified person….PERIOD. Nothing else matters. I am a hiring manager and if my hands were tied to make hires based on this criteria it would extend the hiring/recruitment process out so long it would be a disaster.
I applied for Police Officer in my city back in the 1990s. First, I had to contact the Minority Recruiting Unit...yes that is what all applicants had to do, regardless of skin color. I am white. So I thought, "ok, no biggie". Then when I got to the testing station, there was a huge sign that read, "Minorities and women encouraged to apply". I knew right then that I stood no chance. But I took the test anyway...big surprise I failed, right? The very first question was "Please check your race/for research purposes only". How easy it would be to flip through the tests and discard the ones that had the "wrong" answer to that question. It was a total joke; I shouldn't have wasted my time.
Diversity = enforced harmony
Equity = equality of outcomes
Inclusion = included (if you agree with us)
imagine all the people in the other comment sections rooting for DEI-- praising it. Bless their heart.
Well said
The dei measures being taken with med schools is quite frightening.
It’s in that order for a reason too. Of course they didn’t want it so say DIE, but more subtle than that, Dei is a Latin word for God, as in Agnus Dei (Lamb of God).
They have arranged it to suit their own god, the destroyer.
The worst thing also has been that they made equality and equity interchangeable.
'I'm not' is a very weak counterargument to anything, especially a social, cultural and financial juggernaut like DEI
It's not "racist" or "discriminatory," it's just antiwhite. That's all DIE means, "no whites," or more specifically "no white men."
And is not "being anti-white" being racist?
@@karenlebron-morales8672 No. Antiwhite is a specific and target hatred toward White people alone, which is the only acceptable form of discrimination, bigotry, and persecution today. Just like how being antisemitic is targeted hatred against Jews. Racist was a word invented purely to use against White people, around the same time the term "Antiwhite" was removed from all modern dictionaries in the 50s.
BRILLAINT
Here's something to say to a DEI "expert" when they call you a racist. Tell them they're con artists.
Open the doors tp people who have not been there before. It generally works. It avoids group think and keeps things fresh.

HOW does the government incentivize companies to start DEI programs??? I know they do but I can not find the answer by googling.
