Just seeing how happy that sound makes you is the best review dude. Might have to pick this bad boy up for my '22 MT.
The “sheesshhh” was my exact reaction, love the review man
One of the best reviews I have seen. Great Video!
I really appreciate that! Best Tacoma exhaust on the market! Thanks for watching!
Sounds great. Not obnoxious like others.
Quick tip for any future exhaust installs. Spray some silicone lube (ideally) or any other penetrant spray or even soapy water on the rubber mounts and they slide on real easy with minimal force. Great vid bro. Just ordered an army green offroad in manual transmission yesterday and this is going to be one of the 1st mods I get.
Man this exhaust sounds so dope. Not too much but aggressive. May purchase soon.
You do be havin to impress da homies.... I felt that
Bro I’ve been up all morning looking at all kinds of exhausts for the Tacoma, came across your video, and I literally just purchased this one. Lmao can’t fucking wait.
Happy to hear that man! Hope you enjoy it! Let me know what you think when you get it on!
Thanks for watching!
Man I LOVE this exhaust. All about the smiles per hour.
@@ProdigyDRK55 Hell yeah man, stoked to hear that! Enjoy it my man!
I'm getting this exhaust now. I like it so much I might even get a mullet too
Lmao
Agree this is the best sounding. Plan to pick one up some time. Getting some predator steps first. Great vid.
Carven is definitely the way to go when it comes to Taco’s. Thanks for watching!
Dude nice review but yank that Yamaha banner down and lol poser identity is real lol
Awesome review. Sounds good. I like it a lot but I just don’t want anything that’s super loud.
Sheeeeeesh!
How’s your gas efficiency? Any changes ? Die sir waste gas more or no?
Mullet gang 🚨🚨
I'm running the mbrp on my taco, but this sounds great also
I have a 19 mt you got me thinking bro cant lie
How was it after a year? Like after the break in period?
I need one of those Yamaha banners
As long as you like it.. How is the drone on that? Thats the issue with me.. Carven and flowmasters sound killer but in a long drive that drone sound is killer
Do you have an aftermarket intake?
Is there a new link for the exhaust? Link in the description doesn’t work. What is the name or part number of the exhaust
Headers? Or OEM manifolds
Can I remove the carven tip and use my Toyota OEM black tip ?
What muffler is on your truck ? And would it sound bad if you done like 3inch pipe? On a 2020 Tacoma ?
I have this with a injen ram air intake wondering how it will sound with cat delete y pipe headers
You have 4 cats on a tacoma. Then a "Y" to a single exit. If you delete the first 2 cats and put 2 separate pipes running all the way down, it will be super loud. You will need a muffler for each pipe. Or a dual chambered muffler. 2 in, 2 out.
LOVE MINE / 10 STAR”Z ALSO 🔪🇺🇸🔥💨
Still sounds quiet
But can you have an a conversation inside the truck or is very loud?
You can definitely have a conversation inside! Nothing too loud to where you can't hear the other person. Only gets a little loud when you are flooring it but nothing unbearable or impossible to have a conversation over! Thanks for watching! :)
How’s the interior ride? Loud or drone?
Sounds good on the inside! Only when you’re really flooring it does it get a bit loud in the cabin but nothing that is unbearable or impossible to have a conversation over
Thanks for watching man!
Did this exhaust affect your gas mileage at all
Nothing noticeable at all if you keep up with the same driving habits! Occasionally I’ll get lower miles per gallon because I rev it out more to hear the exhaust, but the smiles per gallon definitely go up! Ahahaha Thanks for watching!!
Drone sounds bad, is it bad in person?
There is little to no drone boss
I loved it for the first 6 months but once I started towing and went on long distance driving, I wanted to stab my ears out. It sounds great but the drone especially in the passenger seat is painful.
So, the question still stands, is it a true 2 pipe connection or is it a single "Y" pipe, out to a dual exit? A true dual exhaust is a dual connection, and dual exit! 2 separate pipes running, one from each side. The point is air flow. So, if your still running 2 pipes into one, whats the point? Anyone can change the sound by switching the muffler. Go to a Dyno shop and post the gains.
Your title is bigger than your proof. You have no numbers to back that up. I personally found a video of how the top 20 mufflers sound. Heard them, one after the other. Then, concluded with the MBRP exhaust to be the sound i want for my tacoma.
Damn.... one thing about comin from full size early 2000s GMCs.. you just can't make these trucks sound good lmao.
Oh well... maybe I try to find a QUIETER exhaust so I just hear the truck less.
I LOVE everything about my Taco... but I would never want it sounding like a car.
To me, no exhaust will give the 4.0L 1GR-FE or the 3rd-gen 2GR-FKS a good enough exhaust tone. I don't know what's wrong with those engines. No deep rumble, nothing. They all sound crappy with any TRD or after-market application. Or maybe its just me (LOL!)
Sounds like a ricer😂😂😂
