Just imagine if rockstar make a pirate game with crew interactions just like camp interactions from rdr2 and if you are antagonizing your crew they will plan a mutiny against you.
Small bands will use GTA 6 as a way to promote themselves, of course, any band actually being used in GTA 6 will be NDAd up to their eyeballs, and if they broke it, they wouldn't be in the game anymore. But this is exactly what they want, to put their song out there when nobody would have taken any notice and obviously they've succeeded. The guy who sent this to you is probably in the band. It's a bit annoying you've given this nonsense air time tbh.

I can confirm that I'm not in a band. I'm just a boring person from the north east, who despite having based part of his degree in IT and has worked a bit in social media, can't spot a blatant troll.
While I agree this trailer news is unlikely to be true, I disagree with the idea that Rockstar are able to get NDA agreements in place with every artist they license their music from. It might be the case, but I can't see the logistics of it. That rabbit hole would lead then to the producer of each track and the record labels themselves as well, it just becomes a lot of individual people to have to sign an NDA per track. I don't see it being a thing.
I'm likely going to be in the minority in this but I absolutely can picture the song Dracula being in GTA and in a GTA trailer, I doubt it will be because it doesn't seem like they had to take down the post, but I could see it in GTA VI.

Rush hour is a real thing, and rockstar have had deadline type missions before, but mostly for when something has to be done by. There really isn't many missions where it can only be started at a particular time even though it is a thing. Missions are usually "whenever".
They are going on 9 months of silence and I don’t think that’s necessary. Just one screenshot would create a wave of hype and free promotional content across the internet 🛜 I think any little thing they drop would just help and not hurt anything.
I think their marketing campaign starts from December 2024, feels like then they will start dropping trailers every 2-3 months and maybe a plot and screenshots
You wouldn't be looking to fill 100 seats if a track will be on gta6 soundtrack, Any record label would predict the up tick and would invest in a whole tour just on that one track.
Towns are just smaller cities, and vice versa (source, Missoula, Montana in the US is essentially a town pretending to be a city… though the third most populated in the state.)

We totally get this and we're bringing it back around to GTA 6 every week but you also have to understand that we're 8 months from trailer 1 at this point and that's all the 'official' information we have. We so try to make it as entertaining as possible

Yeah i agree, people say it’s their way of marketing and it works, but it won’t hurt to share some info every 3-4 months or so. This is just insane
