Bonus Question 6 months later: RV Park - Would you approach it/do it differently if you had the opportunity again?
We are thinking about starting one from scratch. Lots of work, and need money to get it started. Searched RUclips about building an RV park and that's how I came across your awesome channel.
SOLID question. Hard to put in a short answer, we should probably do a video on this. Yes, we would do it differently but we would hands down still get the same property again

Wish I would have stumbled on your channel earlier. We did an RV trip from Wisconsin to Badlands > Tetons > Yellowstone > Glacier in June. Your spot seems like it would have been a great overnight, albeit a touch out of the way. Cheers!
Honestly I think the stay at your park would be AMAZING!

Your traveling makes me think of "Wild Thornberries" minus the loads of animals and the shaman. The real question is out of Avie and Indie, Who would be Debbie and who would be Eliza. If you do adopt, maybe that would be Donnie
