Little education on using "super glue". 1. Accelerator weakens the joint. Ever look at a joint that's been accelerated? It's full of void spots. I suggest not using it. Patience is the key. 2. Use the proper grade of super glue for the job. There are three types. Thin, medium and thick. Thin is for tight joints as it will wick deep into the joint. Medium is for loose joints as it will fill minor gaps. Thick is for open faces, fillets and mixing with micro balloons to fill cracks. I should do a video on how to properly use "super glue".
Wow how did you configured V-tale to work in-sync with ailerons? and also why dont you use some ELRS EPW5 ? it would be much smaller and lighter receiver
Put a QX-Motor 30mm edf 3s or 4s (different models) and you will probably get more thrust for less current consumption. The old style rebranded AEO-RC ones are not very efficient. You can also try the new style AEO-RC 40mm or XFLY-MODEL 40mm. The design is awesome, it just would be amazing with more power.
To be honest, I was disappointed with my own edf motor, I believed it could fly faster. Thank you for the suggestion. Of course, if I put a bigger engine and battery, I have to change the design a bit
If you're considering going even larger with the EDF, I have a few 50 or even 70mm high thrust suggestions, but most EDFs on 70+size will provide plenty of power. Most designs go for a larger diameter possible because larger with less is often more efficient and cheaper, yet well balanced high thrust small EDFs seem to be disappearing from the market.
Hi there Marko, What a great build. Thank you for sharing. Am I missing something or is the internal nose structure file missing from the GrabCad link? Kind Regards, Andrew
Hello Marco, I came across your channel and I'm really impressed with what you do, well done 🙂 However, I have a few questions about the build of this motorglider. What nozzle size do you use for printing? What is the temperature of the tray, of the nozzle? What is the print speed? Concerning the carbon tube for the body of the motorglider, on which site did you buy it? Thank you so much Best regards

What a fantastic shop! Looks like the little plane flies great. Great job.
i've not flown for a few years, watching this build was just a pleasure... lovely model
Nice model! I especially like that you made it attainable to those of us that aren't set up to do carbon fiber work. Thanks!
such a nice build but that would be so much better with a standard folding propeller
The amount of planes, that are coming out from your workshop is incredible ✈👍
yes its almost like a new plane every week. marvellous productivity. I really enjoy all these production methods.
Thank you, I will remember the wonderful way that you used a Planer.
I love watching a real craftsman working !

Work of art.
Is this a tapered(!) carbon fuselage tube? Like a carbon XC ski pole?
Tapered yees

The data say it´s 4 times as heavy as it´s thrust.
I´m surprised, today it seemes underpowered.
Does it ?
Could you advise what the angle of thrust is on your motor? I have been unable to find that information. Thank you. Again, great job!
the motor angle is the same as the wing.

You are absolutely right, I took the impeller apart and the blades were out of balance, very badly. A bit of sanding and the edf now runs much quieter
