Here’s my experience from my younger, inexperienced days: no contact (to get the girl back) only works if you didn’t fuck up a lot and/or didn’t chase afterwards. If you were solid, easy going and only had one situation that led to a split, and did nothing after that (no reaching out, no calling, not getting butt hurt, etc.) then almost every time no contact worked. If there was constant fighting, you were acting like the bitch in the relationship, and you chased after she broke up with you, blew up her phone, etc. AND she found someone else…no contact almost never worked. Even if she breaks up with the new guy, she’ll remember how you acted after she broke it off with you. Regardless…no contact should always be looked at as something for your benefit (ie helping you to move on to someone else) and never looked at as a way to get someone back.

The best advantage that you have is that you aren’t there and can’t screw up while the other guy can. You can’t possibly do anything wrong or say anything that she will be upset over it during no contact and she will fill in the silence with good things. It’s human nature, the advantage always goes to the guy who isn’t there to mess things up. The odds are are the guy she is with is not a 3% man and he will screw up.

I've seen so many stories of guys who went no contact and had the girl come back to them.
But I've never once, in my entire life, gone no contact and had a girl come back to me. Not once, and I'm in my late 30's. Doesn't matter if it's a girl I'm interested in who wasn't interested in me or an ex who broke up with me. No contact has never worked for me.
But I think that most guys should do it, because it seems to have a pretty high success rate. As long as you're not living life on the hardest difficulty, it'll probably work for you.

I recommend to self reflect, heal, grow in your purpose, and return to casually dating to expand your options for a mindset of abundance. This will help you to digest for when shes getting hers too, since you got yours in equivalence. Dont make it a one road street from one-itis. Hang out, hook up, and have fun until she wants to lock you down, then take the time to think about it and make a decision.

Have a very similar situation but our relationship was very strong with no bad break up but we both came out of long term relationships to date eachother and she started thinking about her ex to keep the story simple and went completely cold on me and now in 20 days of no contact.
