Nice property, Good presentation only the price is on higher side because you can only use this as a holiday home as running a business from such remote place is not viable.
Everything outside is beautiful. Interiors and layout of house is just not fine in any way. Use of material can be altered with further expenditure but the design of the house is very disappointing in today’s time and age. Looks like a house from 90s.
Am also living in hillstation region (Coorg south Karnataka ) when ppl started building homes and resort on hills area a lot of landslides occurred . What about that

I know the secret about such properties, Even one of my knowns owns such a type of property they’re very costly but the rent is pretty cheap you would get such a property in just 1-2 Lakhs per month. That’s the best option in my opinion rest it’s your money do whatever you want.
Yea but can you provide all those amenities and that gorgeous view , don’t talk rubbish it was a very good presentation and a very good project Also after the build will you call the water tankers for the residents who will reside in our house . Don’t know from where they’ll come talking utter rubbish
the lack of creativity in the design is stunning! same generic styling. the "open green" area is specially laughable. Is this really the peak of what indians are capable of? not worth even half the money.
