Here in USA we have only one central water heater in the garage or in the utility room that supplies entire house with hot water and laundry room is separate where you put your washer and dryer here you are saying that you have to put washer in the balcony? very bad... who ever is builder doesn't know what he is doing otherwise it's beautiful property and the price is also not bad for what you are getting.

Very nice. However, the balconies attached to the bedrooms are mostly narrow. It will be difficult to have furniture and be able to walk around. It's a shame that the architects did not think of this issue. Otherwise, very nice. Presenter did a great job.

Ceiling height is only 10.5 feets, poor interior walls quality, small carpet area, water shortage ( using ground level water illegally which is quite harsh in that area) this is the only reason why only 250 families reside there. But the society is very well maintained. Only issue is the flat itself which is a shame. In surrounding societies like Maceo and DLF New Town heights, there are more than 600 families. In DLF even more than 1000 infact.
